Men's Preliminaries: 2018 NCAAs

In Session 1, Stanford (407.39), Minnesota (404.758) and Nebraska (402.69) advanced to the Finals.  Michigan (400.59), Navy (390.921) and Air Force (385.688) finished their season. 

In Session 2, OU posted a 410.991 to edge Illinois' 408.824.  PSU beat Ohio State for the final spot, 404.79 to 403.959.  Iowa was 5th at 400.451 with Cal rounding at the field at 395.991. 

In Session 1, Stanford was led by Ryan Sheppard, who posted the top mark (80.865) in the AA.  Teammate Blake Sun had the best mark on PB.  Minnesota's Vitali Kim topped the leader board on FX and PH.  Teammate Yaroslav Pochinka is the top vaulter   For Michigan, Ryan Dunning posted the top mark on Rings while Cameron Bock had the top mark on HB.

In Session 2, Ohio State's Sean Melton posted the top AA mark of 82.633, as well as the top mark on FX.  Teammate Alec Yoder shared the best mark of the day on PB with PSU's Sam Zakutney. Illinois' Brandon Ngai topped the leader board on PH while teammate Tyson Bull had the top mark on HB.  OU's Yul Moldauer did not compete six events in the prelims, instead he posted the top mark on R.  Teammate Hunter Justus had the top mark on VT.
