Texas State Head Coach Sarah Brown has announced the hiring of Ralph Rosso as their new Associate Head Coach.  Rosso was an assistant under Brown at PSU the last five seasons.  Prior to PSU, he spent four seasons at Washington, one at GWU and at ASU.
