Kentucky posted a 197.475 to edge Alabama's 197.375 as both teams advanced to the Regional final in Norman. Iowa was third at 196.5 and Illinois 4th at 195.675. UK's Raena Worley won the AA (39.625) and the FX to lead her squad. Teammate Ariana Patterson won the BB. For Bama, Luisa Blanco won UB while teammates Lilly Hudson and Gabby Gladieux tied for 1st on VT

PSU was led by Ava Piedrahita, who won the AA with a 39.325 and tied for 1st on VT with Towson's Polina Belanovski. PSU's Jessica Johanson and Maddie Johnston tied for 1st on BB with Towson's Clara Hong. Towson's Isabella Minervini won the UB while teammate Carmella Calafati won FX.

UW-Oshkosh won the 2023 NCGA Championships (Div III Natinoals), posted a 192.525 to defeat UW-La Crosse's 192.325. In third was UW-Stout at 190.275, then Springfield (190.1), Brockport (189.225) and Ithaca (187.925). UW-Eau Claire's Tia Ravara won the AA with an 38.1. Kara Welsh of UW-Whitewater won the VT while Rachel Chesley of UW-La Crosse won the UB. Springfield's Devon Rosier won BB while teammate Christina Wygonik tied with RIC's Kelsey Gates for the FX title.
Event champions were crowned at USA Gymnastics Men's Collegiate Nationals. Erich Upton of Air Force won VT and PB to lead the way. The other winners were: Jakarie Williams of Springfield on FX, Patrick Hoopes of Air Force on PH, David Handron of Springfield on R and Garrett Braunton of Air Force on HB.

Navy won the USA Gymnastics Collegiate National team title for the third year in a row. Air Force was 2nd (396.8 to 395.5) and host Springfield was 3rd (387.35). W&M's AIden Cuy won the gold in the AA with a 78.45.

The NCAA has announced the Women's Regional Selections for 2023. The presence of Regional hosts in many of the seedings and the geographic preference in the Regional selection produced some unequal paths to the Regional finals.

Led by OU, 36 teams have qualified for post-season competition after the completion of Conference Championships, per the National Rankings for the week of March 20th, as compiled by RoadToNationals.com. The Top 16 teams will be seeded into four Regions, and eight of the lowest ranked teams will be subject to "play-in" rounds.
Sooner Emre Dodanli won FX, VT and HB to lead OU to the win at Cal. Teammate Spencer Goodell added wins on PB and R. Frosh Ignacio Yockers completed the sweep with a 14.6 on PH.

David Wolma won VT, Evgeny Siminius won PB and Adam Wooten won HB to lead the Michigan to a win over Illinois and the regular season Big Ten title. For the Illini, Connor McCool won FX, Ian Skirkey won PH and Ashton Anaya won R. Michael Fletcher of Illinois won the AA with an 82.2.
