Host Utah posted the third best score in school history to defeat Cal. Ute Maile O'Keefe posted a 10 to win UB and teammate Jayden Rucker did the same to win VT. O'Keefe won the AA with a 39.75. She also tied for the FX title with teammate Abby Paulson. O'Keefe also tied for the UB title with teammate Abby Brenner and Cal's Andi Li and Madelyn Williams.

BYU celebrated Senior Night with a big win over USU. BYU's Anyssa Alvarado won UB to lead the Cougars. Teammate Mina Margraf tied for 1st on BB with Aggies Brianna Brooks and Carley Bayles. USU's Alivia Ostendorf won VT and FX.

Mizzou's Joclyn Moore posted 9.975s to win VT and FX. Tiger Amari Celestine won BB while teammate Sienna Schreiber took the AA at 39.5. GymBack Norah Flatley won the BB at 9.975.

LSU commit Kailin Chio and Utah commit Avery Neff tied for the 1st at the 2023 Nastia Liukin Cup. Denver signee Madison Ulrich was 3rd while UK signee Delaynee Rodriguez was 4th. UGA signee Lily Smith and Florida signee Anya Pilgrim tied for 5th.

Olympian and former NCAA champ Yul Modlauer won the AA title at the Men's Winter Cup. The former Sooner led five men named to the 2023 Senior Men's National Team. Michigan frosh Fred Richard was 2nd while Stanford frosh Asher Hong was third. Stanford's Ian Lasic-Ellis while former Minnesota Gopher Shane Wiskus, another Olympian, was fifth. Richard won FX and HB, effectively using the bonus system in place. 2021 World Champ Stephen Nedoroscik won PH, while Stanford's Curran Phillips took the PB. Former Illini Alex Diab won R while Ohio State's Kameron Nelson won VT (and opened FX with a high triple tuck).

LSU beat host Bama for the first time in Tuscaloosa since 2019. LSU's Haleigh Bryant won the VT with a 10 and the AA with a 39.8. Teammate Aleah Finnegan won FX with a 10 of her own. On BB, Bama's Luisa Blanco and Lilly Hudson tied for 1st at 10. Teammate Makarri Doggette won UB.

OU set a new program record, 198.575, to secure the win. That's a 9.92875 average. OU's Jordan Bowers won FX with a 10 and teammate Katherine Levasseur won VT with same mark. Bowers took the AA with a 39.725 and tied for the BB title with teammate Audrey Davis. Davis tied for the UB title with teammate Ragan Smith.

Florida celebrated Senior Day by winning its fifth consecutive SEC Regular Season title. Trinity Thomas won the AA with a 39.7 to lead the Gators. She also won the FX at 9.975 and tied for 1st on UB with teammate Leanne Wong and Gator Kayla DiCello. DiCello tied for 1st on BB with UK's Raena Worley. Worley tied for the VT title with Wildcat Isabella Magnelli.
