Utah has named former DU assistant Jimmy Pratt as an assistant coach. He replaces Garret Griffeth, who accepted a position at LSU. Pratt is a former club coach at All-American has has coached several former Utes in the past.

Iowa has added Marissa Rojas for 2021-2022. The L10 from the Michigan Academy of Gymnastics recently tied for 8th AA at the Level 10 Dev Nationals. She also tied for 7th on UB and 9th on BB. In 2019, she was 10th AA at the Region V Regionals.

Simone Biles broke 60 points in the AA and posted a 119.65 to win her record seventh US AA title. Auburn signee Sunisa Lee and UCLA signee Jordan Chiles was just behind in third. More NCAA results below.

While Simone Biles led the way, AU signee Sunisa Lee was 2nd and UCLA signee Jordan Chiles was third as the first day of competition wrapped up at the US Championships.
Former Michigan gymnast (2016-2020) and grad assistant Uche Eke qualified to the Olympics for Nigeria, by placing 3rd at the African Championships. He graduated from Michigan with a masters in May with a 4.0 GPA.

Michigan's Paul Juda won the silver medal and earned the US another spot at this summer's Olympic Games. Stanford's Riley Loos was 4th, OU's Vitaly Guimaraes was fifth, and Michigan's Cameron Bock was 6th. Brazil won the team competition, with the US second.
