Host Iowa State dominated the tri meet, posting a 195.775 to easily defeat SEMO's 189.475 and Centenary's 183.4. Cyclone Haylee Young led the way, winning VT, FX, the AA (39.325) and tying for the BB title with teammates Kelsey Paz and Cassie Diaz. Teammate Hilary Green completed the sweep with a win on UB.

Winona State posted a 187.65 to win Stout's John Zuerlein Invitational. UW Stout posted an 185.7 whle Gustavus Adolphus talled a 181.925. Winona St was paced by Eboni Jackson, who won the VT, FX and the AA (38.325). Teammates Kathryn Pipp (UB) and Sunny Hasebe (BB) completed the sweep.

Host NIU posted a solid 194.875 to defeat Bowling Green. Katherine Prentice led the way, winning the AA with a 39.175 and tying for the BB title. Teammate Courtney Dowdell won the UB while teammate Anna Martucci won the FX. For BGSU, frosh Jovannah East won the VT and shared the BB with Prentice and teammate India McPeak.

Host UGA held off Kentucky, 196.5 to 196.15, to secure a win. GymDog Morgan Reynolds led the way, winning the VT and the AA (39.4). Frosh Sabrina Vega added a win on FX while classmate Rachel Dickson tied teammate Natalie Vaculik for the UB title. Kentucky's Sidney Dukes and Alex Hyland tied for the BB title to lead a Wildcat sweep of the event.

Oklahoma lead the Men's National Poll for the Week of January 30th, as voted by the College Gymnastics Association. However, this week #2 Stanford peeled away one of their first place votes. Illinois is 3rd.
OU and Maggie Nichols continue to leadthe weekly Women's National Rankings during the Week of January 30th, as administered by RoadToNationals.com.
Jenna Squillo won VT, Riley Cholod won UB and Mikailla Northern took the AA (38.55) as UIC downed host Illinois State. For the Redbirds, Demi Pas won another BB title and Gabrielle Cooke won FX.

PSU travelled to Springfield and came home with a 408.1 to 384.55 win. PSU's Dominic DiFulvio and Sam Zakutney led the way. DiFulvio won FX, SR and VT while Canadian frosh Zakutney won PB, HB and the AA (82.65). Teammate Stephen Nedoroscik won the PH.

Alabama outpointed Auburn 195.85 to 194.675 as both squads struggled at the "Elevate Meet" on neutral ground. Bama struggled on UB while Auburn struggled on BB, both with event scores under 48. Aja Sims posted a near-perfect 9.975 to win FX as the Tide posted a 49.575 on the event. Teammate Kiana Winston won BB while the Tide's Katie Bailey won VT. For Auburn, Kelsey Kopec won the UB.

Host Stanford rebounded strongly, posting a 195.9 to defeat Arizona's 195.65. Elizabeth Price won the VT, UB and FX to lead the Cardinal.

UC Davis posted a season-high 194.925 to defeat area-rival Sac State's 193.05. Alexis Brown led the way, winning BB and the AA (39.125) for the Aggies. Teammates Rachel Kreager and Yasmine Yektaparast won UB and FX, respectively. Sac State's Alexis Belkhoff took the VT.

Frosh Charlotte Sullivan won the AA (38.775) and shared the UB title with teammates Angel Metcalf and Melissa Zurawski. Metcalf also tied for the BB title. Hawkeye Mollie Drenth won the VT while frosh Clair Kaji won another FX title.
