Cal 196.1 at Arizona 196.475

It took the last routine on FX, but the Arizona Wildcats defeated the Cal Bears on Saturday.  Arizona was led by a win on FX by Lexi Mills and a tie for first on UB by Gabby Laub and Victoria Ortiz.  Cal's Toni Ann Williams won the VT and BB en route to a 39.3 AA win.

Host Stanford posted a solid 443.25 to defeat Minnesota and Cal.  The meet was scored under the five up, five count format.  Teams from Canada and Japan also competed, with the Japanese Collegiate All-Stars posting a 445.25.

Iowa 195, UNH 194.7 at Minnesota 194.725

Iowa scored a big win at the host Gophers expense, staying consistent for a 195.  The Gophers competed only five on UB, and counted an 8.5.    Sydney Hoerr led the Hawkeyes with a win on UB.  Lindsay Mable of Minnesota placed 2nd there, but won VT, BB, FX and the AA (39.65)

Winona State 189.025 at UW Stout 188.325

Host UW Stout broke school records on VT and BB, but it wasn't enough as Hamline emerged with a win.  Brooke Hiestand led Hamline with a win on FX, hitting a meet-high 9.775.  Teammates Kathryn Pipp and Olivia Cattelino shared the UB title, while teammate Katie Carling won the BB.  UW Stout was led by Kaylee Jondahl, who won the vault with a school record score and who took the AA with a 37.825.

UW Oshkosh 186.95 at UW Whitewater 189.65

UW Whitewater celebrated Senior Day with the win.  Katie Fiorilli led UW Whitewater with wins on VT and UB.  Teammate Kristin Shackleton won the BB.  Teammates Lewa Evans and Steffi Heuer tied for the FX title with UW Oshkosh's Krystal Walker.  Walker also won the AA with a 38.275.

Army's Jesse Glenn won the AA with an 81.95 to lead his squad to the win.  He also won HB.  Senior Connor Venrick added wins on PH and R.

Men's: Michigan 437.05 at Ohio State 432.2

Michigan defeated Ohio State on the latter's Senior Day.  Michigan sophomore Tristian Perez-Rivera set a career high to win FX, while junior Nolan Novak won the PH.  Wolverine Senior Adrian de los Angeles won the PB. 

Ohio State, without the services of Sean Melton and Jake Martin, were led by wins by their Seniors.  Drew Moling won rings, Alex Nork took HB, and Larry Mayer won VT.

UCLA 197.35 at ASU 194.25

Five different Bruins shared the four event titles as an AAer-less UCLA squad defeated ASU.  Samantha Peszek and Jordan Williams tied for the VT title.  Peng Peng Lee won the UB while Danusia Francis took the BB.  Angi Cipra won the FX to complete the sweep.   Taylor Allex posted a 39.1 lead a trio of Sun Devil AAers.

SEMO 192.475 at Ohio State 195.65

Stefanie Merkle led a trio of frosh Buckeye AAer with a 39.325 as host Ohio State defeated SEMO on Senior Day.  Merkle won the VT, UB and tied for the FX title with classmate Alexis Mattern.  Mattern tied with senior Sarah Grady for the BB title.

NC State 194.8 at Michigan 197.25

Michigan celebrated Senior Day with a big win.  Sophomore Nicole Artz led the Wolverines, taking the AA with a 39.525.  She also tied for the BB title with teammates Talia Chiarelli and Briley Casanova.  Chiarelli took the FX with a near perfect 9.975.  Michigan's Brianna Brown won UB, but NC State's Brittni Watkins prevented the Wolverine sweep with a win on VT.

EMU posted a solid 195.125 to win the quad meet hosted by Lindenwood.  EMU's Chantelle Loehner won the FX to lead the Eagles to the win.  Sami King took the BB to lead Illinois State to a narrow win over the hosts.  For LU, Kierstin Sokolowski won the VT while Courtney Heise took the UB.  Teammate Valeri Ingui won the AA with a 39.0

Bridgport won the tri-meet hosted by Cornell, led by Sasha Tsikhanovich.  Tsikhanovich won the AA with a 39.3, picking up event titles on VT, UB and FX (tied with teammate Caitlin Perry).  Cornell's Courtney Spitzer won the BB.

WVU edged host Pitt to win the quad meet that also featured UNC and Temple.  Pitt's Lindsay Offutt won the BB and tied for the FX title with WVU's Melissa Idell.  Mountaineer Alexa Goldberg tied for the UB title with Pitt's Miya Dotson.  Pitt's Lisa Soto won the VT.  In the AA, UNC's Kaitlynn Hedelund tied with Dotson at 38.95.

PSU celebrated Senior Day with a quad meet win.  Senior Krystal Welsh led the Nittany Lions, winning FX and taking the AA with a 39.4.  She also tied for the VT title with teammate Emma Sibson.  Classmate Sidney Sanabria-Robles won the BB.  Iowa State's Hilary Green took the UB to deny the sweep.

WMU 194.8 at Bowling Green 194

WMU's Kelsey Hood won the VT and the AA (39.0) to lead the Broncos to the win over host BGSU.  Teammate Jessie Peszek won the UB while teammate Jessi Buis tied with BGSU's Jordan Rae for the BB title.  BGSU's Gina Locigno won the FX.

Alaska Anchorage defeated the visitors from way south, Centenary, despite some major problems on BB.  M'rcy Matsunami led the way for the Seawolves, winning the AA with a 38.95.  She also won the VT and BB and tied for event titles on UB and FX.  She shared the UB title with teammate Marie-Sophie Boggasch and the FX title with teammate Kallie Randolph.
