Air Force hit a 196.3 to defeat host San Jose State's 196.1 on Sunday. Maggie Slife led Air Force once again, winning the AA with a 39.575 and taking titles on UB and BB while tying for the FX title with teammate Alyssa Bigler. For the Spartans, Mikaela Pitts won the VT.

Host Sac State set a new season-high to defeat W&M. The Hornets were led by Kara Houghton, who won UB and tied for the FX title with W&M's Hannah Burke. Teammate Makayla Townsend won VT, while teammate Kaitlyn Driessen won the BB.

Host TWU just missed the 196 mark as they defeated three Division I opponents. TWU was led by Sophia Isbell, who tied for 1st on VT with ASU's Kimberly Smith, Kent State's Jersey Bingham and Oregon State's Olivia Buckner. She also tied for 1st on BB with ASU's Kayla Lee. Teammate Sophie Hernandez tied for 1st on FX with ASU's Kylee Bromley and Oregon State's Sophia Esposito. Smith tied for 1st on UB with Beaver Ellie Weaver and took the AA with a 39.25.

Brockport State celebrated Senior Day with a big win over Utica. Brockport was led by Kiara Hockman, who won VT, BB and FX. Teammate Emma Brookins won the UB. Utica's Alisya Dorman led a pair of Utica AAers with a 37.55.

CMU posted a 195.925 to win over host BGSU and strengthen their bid to qualify for Regionals. Luciana Alvarado-Reid led CMU, winning at least of share of all four events. She won UB and BB and tied for 1st on VT with teammates Avah Bootz, Paige Hasling and Lia Kmieciak. She also tied for 1st on FX with teammate Ava Wellmeier.

Penn won the Ivy Classic hosted by Yale, posting a strong 195.8 to strengthen their bid for a spot at Regionals. Jordan Barrow led Penn, winning BB and tying for first on VT with Cornell's Cami Whitaker. Penn's Luci Toczydlowski won the UB while on FX, Quaker Manama Fofana tied for 1st with Brown's Sophia Dewar. Host Yale hit a new program record.

Julie Korrfhage and Brooke Gelesko tied for first on FX to lead the host Bronco to a win over Ball State. Zoe Middleton led Ball State, winning the AA at 39.225 and tying for first on VT with teammate Carley Stalder. Teammate Mary Rose Bellan won the UB while teammates Delaney McMahon and Ashley Szymanski tied for first on BB. The pair tied the Ball State program record on BB.

West Chester posted a 190.95 to defeat host Ursinus' 189.525 on Sunday. Sarah Eskew led the way for West Chester, winning VT and UB. Teammate Tatum McGuinn won the BB while teammate Catherine Keener won the FX.

Towson posted a season-high 195.9 to win the quad meet hosted by GWU on Sunday. Towson was led by Isabella Minervini, who won UB and tied for 1st on FX with GWU's Deana Sheremeta. Teammate Jocelyn Lannon won the VT. Sheremeta took the AA with a 39.225 while Fisk's Aliyah Reed-Hammon won the BB.

Michigan's Fred Richard won the senior Men's AA title at the Winter Cup, posting a strong 84.359, despite having just returned from a trip to the Winter Olympics. He also won the FX. Former OU standout Yul Moldauer was 2nd at 79.71 (1st on PB), just ahead of Stanford's David Shamah at 79.608. In the individual events, Ohio State's Parker Thackston won PH, Illini Garrett Schooley won VT and Nebraska's Christopher Hiser won R.

Host Iowa set a program bars record and broke 197.075 in a season-best performance. The GymHawks were paced by wins from frosh Sophie Schriever on VT and Daisy Bowles on UB and a tie for 1st on FX between teammates JerQuavia Henderson and Alyse Karenbauer. Aurelia Tran led a trio of Iowa AAers with a 39.55. For PSU, Dani Latronica won the BB.
Host Stanford posted a season-best 197.725 to defeat NC State Cardinal Anna Roberts led the way, winning the AA at 39.7 and taking titles on the BB and FX. She also tied for the VT title with teammate Taralyn Nguyen. For NCSU, Elle Hadrick won the UB.

Host Michigan defeated Rutgers, posting a 197.1. The Wolverines were led by Carly Bauman and Jahzara Ranger. Bauman won the UB and tied for the FX title with Ranger, teammate Sophia Diaz and Rutger's Gabrielle Dildy. Ranger won the BB while teammate Reyna Guggino won the VT.
