Former NCAA champ and Michigan star Sam Mikulak built a commanding lead at the US Men's World Championships selection meet.  The meet features 7 of 8 former or current NCAA gymnasts.  Former Stanford star and NCAA champ Akash Modi is 2nd, while current Gopher Shane Wiskus is third.
Simone BIles won her sixth US All Around title on Sunday, easly outdistancing the field.  She also won VT, BB and FX.  AA runnerup and Auburn commit Sunisa Lee won the BB.

Pan Am Games: AA Final

Canada's Ellie Black and Brazil's Caio Souza won the AA titles at the Pan Am Games.  Florida commit Riley McCusker won the silver for the USA, close behind despite a fall on BB, while former Iowa standout Cory Paterson won the men's bronze for Canada. 
Brazil won the men's team title at the Pan Am Games.  The USA finished 2nd and Canada was third.  Former Stanford star Robert Neff was the top AAer, while Stanford's Brody Malone also advanced, despite a disasterous rotation on the HB (7.85)
