Illinois has announced Chad Wiest as their new assistant coach. Wiest was an athlete on the Illinois men's team and he coached for Bowling Green.
Shea Mahoney, L10 at Legacy Elite in Illinois, has committed to Alabama. She is the 2013 J.O. National Floor Champion and was also 3rd All-Around. She is Regional Beam Champion and 2nd All-Around at Regional Championships. She is the 2013 State All-Around Champion and Vault Champion. She is on the J.O. National Team and the Region 5 All-Star Team.

Maddie Johnson, L10 at Flips in Minnesota, has committed to Iowa State. Maddie is a two-time JO qualifier. This season she finished 2nd AA at her state meet and 5th AA at regionals.
Alexis Brown, L10 at Team OC in California, has committed to UC Davis per her recruiting service. This season Alexis placed 2nd AA and 1st on beam at her regional meet, qualifying for JOs.
Amber Hill, L10 at All Stars Gymnastics in Ct., will join the Birdgeport team this fall. Amber competed at the NIT in 2012 and JOs in 2013.
Tiara Wright, L10 from Parkettes, has announced her commitment to West Virginia. This past season she picked up the regional bars title and qualified to the NIT.
McKenna Kelley, L10 at Stars in Texas (and daughter of Mary Lou Retton), has committed to LSU. McKenna is a two-time JO qualifier. This season she finished 7th AA at regionals and 5th AA at JOs.
Ann Stockwell, L10 at Miyagi Gymnastics in California, has announced on Twitter that she hs committed to Bose State. She finished 2nd AA and 1st on bars at her state meet. She finished 9th AA at regionals and qualified to the NIT where she finished 1st AA.
Katie Becker, level 10 from Everest Gymnastics in N.C., has committed to Auburn University for the 2016-2017 year. This past season she placed 1st AA at Atlanta Crown (1st UB/BB), the Greensboro Invitational (1st V/BB/FX) and the Presidential Classic (1st V). She qualified to JOs in 2012 and 2013.
