Ohio State edged Rutgers to win the first session of the Big Ten Championships, with just 0.125 separating the four teams.  The results showed that there was virtually no difference on this day, on a neutral floor, between teams ranked #20 and #40.  Rutgers survived a fall on BB to post a score that locked them into Regionals and eliminated seven teams from Regionals, including Washington (who also tied their season best), CMU, Iowa State, GWU, Illinois State, Pitt and Kent State.  Ohio State was led by first place finishes from Kaitlyn Grimes on VT and Rylee Guevera and Tory Vetter, who tied with Washington's Emily Innes and Nebraska's Sophia McClelland for 1st on FX.   McClelland posted the top score on BB while teammate Emma Spence had the top mark on UB (9.975) and the AA (39.575).

Illinois State posted a 196.025 to win the MIC Championship and cap off their season.  Despite the season high, they will not advance.  Illinois State was led by conference titles from Alana Laster on VT, Sara Wabi on UB, and Jaye Mack on FX.  For SEMO, Taylor Ingle won the AA with a 39.3 and tied for 1st on BB with teammate Leah Parton.

AAI has named six finalists for the AAI Award:  Jordan Bowers (OU), Jade Carey (Oregon St), Audrey Davis (OU), Aleah Finnegan (LSU), Grace McCallum (Utah) and Leanne Wong (Florida).

2025-2026: Green to Maryland

Mariah Green, a L10 and former Mexican junior national team member from All Olympia AOGC, has committed to a full scholarship offer at Maryland, starting in 2025-2026.  She placed 13th AA at the Region 1 L10 Regionals in 2024, and also qualified to the L10 Nationals in 2023.  She has placed 1st AA in two invitationals in 2025:  the Winner's Cup and the Vegas Fame Stars.

2025-2026: Lannon to Towson

Jocelyn Lannon, a L10 at GLC, has committed to continuing her academic and athletic career at Towson, starting in 2025-2026.  In 2024, she placed 8th on VT and tied for 22nd AA at the 2024 Women's Development Program L10 Nationals.

2025-2026: Booker to FLorida

Jayla Booker, a L10 from American Twisters who had previously signed with Rutgers, has committed to a full scholarship offer at Florida instead.  She's had an excellent club season this year, posting a 39.15 AA and winning the AA title in her division at the Sand Dollar Invitational and Tim Rand Invite..  Last season, she tied for 9th on UB and placed 18th AA at the Women's Development Program (WDP) L10 Nationals.  She also tied for 15th AA at the 2023 WDP L10 Nationals.

Men's: Nebraksa 328.85 at PSU 329.05

PSU captured the regular season Big Ten Conference title with a narrow 0.2 win over Nebraska.  They posted a big 329.05.  Josh Karnes led PSU with wins on PB and HB.  Teammate Matthew Underhill won the R while teammate Matt Cormier tied for 1st on VT with NU's Chase Mondi.  For the Huskers, Taylor Christopulos won the FX while Yanni Chronopoulos won the PH.

Cal easily won the 2nd of two quad home meets on Sunday.  Mya Lauzon led the way for Cal, winning the AA with a 39.675.  She also won the BB with a 9.975 and took the FX.  Teammate Madelyn Williams tied with Stanford's Ui Soma for 1st on UB.  Stanford's Taralyn Nguyen won the VT.

Host Springfield defeated Simpson on Sunday.  Owen Carney led the way, winning FX and HB for Springfield.  Teammate Devon Felsenstein won the PH while teammate Matt Browne tied for 1st on R with Simpson's Brian Rollison.  For Simpson, Braxton Jones won the VT while Alex Catchpole won the PB.

Minnesota held off Iowa to win the home quad.  Iowa posted a critical score to life themselves into Regionals and into a battle for the last seeded team.   Teryn Crump tied for titles on VT and UB to lead the Gophers.  She tied on VT with GymHawks Gianna Masella and Aurelie Tran.  She also tied for 1st on UB with Tran and teammate Jordyn Lyden.  Gopher Mya Hooten won the FX.  On BB, Gopher Emily Koch tied for 1st with Tran and Iowa's Adeline Kenlin.  Tran won the AA at 39.5.
