Host Utah defeated ASU, with strength on UB and FX. The Utes were led by Avery Neff and Ella Zirbes. Neff won the AA with a 39.5 and the BB. Zirbes won the VT and FX. Ana Padurariu completed a Utah sweep with a win on UB.

Utah State edged host Boise State in front of a record crowd of 2,986. The Aggies were paced by Nyla Morabitor, who tied for 1st on VT and BB with Air Force's Maggie Slife. Boise State's Isabella Delarossa and Sac State's Lexi Frank also shared the BB title. Slife won the AA a 39.475, the UB with a 9.95, and the FX.

BYU tied their season high to defeat Arizona. The Cougars were led by wins from Deb Silva on VT and Alilah Alvarado and Kylie Eaquinto on UB. For the Gymcats, Abigayle Martin won BB and Emma Strom won the FX.

Host Mizzou posted a season high but it wasn't enough to defeat the visiting Tigers. LSU was led by Kailin Chio, who won the BB with a 9.975 and tied for titles on FX and the VT. She shared the FX title with teammate Kaliya Lincoln and the VT title with teammate Amari Drayton and Mizzou's Railey Jackson. Mizzou's Hannah Horton won the UB.

Host Bama posted a 197.45 to defeat the Beavers. Gabby Gladieux led Bama, winning the AA, the VT and tying for titles on BB and FX. She shared the BB title with teammate Kylee Kvamme and the FX title with teammate Jamison Sears. The Tide\s Chloe LaCourisiere won the UB.

Host Clemson posted a season best and broke 197 to defeat North Carolina. The Tigers were led by Ella Cesario, who won the UB and the AA with a 39.45. Teammate Brie Clark won the FX. On VT, Clemson's Tara Walsh tied with UNC's Kaya Forbes and Gwen Fink for the title. Tar Heels Jessica Naranjo and JoJo Valahovic tied for 1st on BB.

Host WVU posted a season high to defeat Kent St, Pitt and Cornell. WVU was led by wins from Kayla Smith on FX and Karleigh DiCello on VT. For Kent State, Charlie Behner won the UB while Cornell's Mikayla Burton won the BB.

Host Kentucky posted a season high but it was not enough to stop the Sooners on Friday. OU picked up wins from Addison Fatta on UB, Faith Torrez on BB, and Hannah Scheible and Keira Wells on VT. For UK, Crelyn Brose won the FX and Delaynee Rodriguez won the AA with a 39.55.

Host UGA posted a new season high, led by Lily Smith's 10.0 on FX. Smith also won the BB with 9.975. Teammate Autumn Reingold won the UB. On VT, GymDog Camarrah Williams tied for 1st with CMU's Lia Kmieciak.

Florida broke 198 to defeat the visiting Gymbacks, who counted a miss on FX. Skye Blakely led the Gators, winning FX with a 9.975 and tying for titles on UB and BB. She tied with teammate Selena Harris-Miranda on UB with teammate Kayla DiCello on BB. Harris-Miranda won the AA with a 39.675. Arkansas' Morgan Price won the VT.
