Illinois State has announced the hiring of Cassandra Ringer as their new Head Coach. Ringer was formerly an assistant at Ball State since 2018. She was a graduate assistant and choreographer for the Redbirds in 2017-2018. She replaces Bob Conkling, who retired after this past season.

Brook Pierson, a senior elite from World Champions Centre, has committed to a full scholarship offer at Georgia, starting next season. She was previously signed with Clemson.

Jessica Schaffer, a L10 from Desert Lights, has committed to continue her academic and athletic career at Washington, starting in 2025-2026. A three-time L10 Regional qualifier, placed 3rd AA at the Arizona state L10 with a 37.975.

Brianna Baechle. a L10 from Olympia, has committed to continue her academic and athletic career at San Jose State, starting in 2025-2026. Last month, she tied for 7th on FX and 43rd AA in the Senior F division at the Women's Development Program Level 10 Nationals. She also qualified to Nationals in 2024.

Rachel Goldstein will transfer from Iowa State to Illinois for next season. She competed once on UB and on BB for the Cyclones in early January.

Sydney Enriquez, a L10 from Victory Elite, has signed to a full scholarship with Illinois, starting in 2025-2026. She competed L10 this past season in the AA and in a few events in 2024. As a Level 9 in 2023, she won FX and placed 8th AA at the Level 9 Eastern Nationals.

The Canadian Championships are being held this week, and some future and current NCAA stars are in action. Here's how they did:
Ashlynd Werner, a L10 at Evolution Gymnastics Academy, has committed to BGSU for 2025-2026. In 2025, she qualified to the Women's Development Program L10 Nationals as an event specialist on UB, after placing 8th AA and 4th on UB at the Region 7 L10 Regionals. She also qualified to Regionals in 2023 and 2024.

Kiersten Lewis, a L10 from Elmwood, has committed to SCSU for 2025-2026. This past season, she placed 14th AA at the Region 8 L10 Regionals. Qualifying to the Women's Development Program L10 Nationals in 2024 as an individual event specialist, she placed 2nd on BB.

Vivienne Larsen, a L10 from Southeastern, has committed to a full scholarship offer at Rutgers, starting in 2025-2026. Larsen recently placed 10th AA at the 2025 Women's Development Program L10 Nationals, after winning BB and placing 2nd AA at the Region 7 Regionals. She was also 15th at Regionals in 2024.
