Women's National Rankings for the Week of February 29th Featured

The Women's National Rankings are in their second week of using the Regional Qualifying Score, or RQS.  However, OU remains #1 and UF #2, just ahead of Bama.  We're seeing quite a bit of movement as the teams race to qualify for Regionals.  The RQS takes the top three AWAY scores and combines them with the next three highest HOME or AWAY scores, tosses out the HIGH, and AVERAGES the rest.

OU is the top team on UB and FX and is tied for the top spot on BB with Florida.  LSU is the top vaulting team.

OU's Chayse Capps is the top AAer and also leads the BB.  LSU's Ashleigh Gnat is the top vaulter, while Sooner McKenzie Wofford leads the UB.  There are now four athletes tied for the top spot on FX:  Gnat, UCLA's Sadiqua Bynum, DU's Nina McGee, and Florida Kennedy Baker.
