Illinois State has signed Charlise Doctor to an NLI for 2018-2019. A L10 at Excalibur, she qualified to the 2017 L10 Junior Olympic Nationals. Most recently, she won VT and placed 3rd AA at the Virginia L10 State Championships. Link: Release
