L10 Post-Season: Recruits at State Meets

Incoming recruits and recruitables started their post-season this past weekend with their State L10 Championships. Here's a quick summary of how some of them of them did (Top 3 finishers only). Stay tuned, as we'll keep updating the list as new results become available. Also, be sure to check out our Club Results section for links to many of the major club meets throughout the country.
USA Gymnastics Collegiate National Champions on each individual event: FX: Jimmy Pezzino, Springfield PH: James Okamoto, Air Force Rings: Nash Mills, Air Force VT: Tory Brown, Air Force PB: Nash Mills, Air Force HB: Ty Evans, Springfield Link: Springfield Release
Naomi DeLara of UW Stout won VT and BB as the event finals at the NCGA Nationals concluded. Hamline's Lissette LaFex won the UB while Ithaca's Jessica Bolduc won the FX. Link: Results
Illinois closed our their regular season with a win over UIC on Senior Night. Sophomore Austin Phillips won Rings and HB while Seniors Daniel Ribeiro (PH) and Chad Wiest (FX) scored wins. Link: Illinois Release
Stanford defeated Cal in what could be the Cal Men's program's last home meet. The two teams split the event wins, but Stanford used a large advantage (5.15 points) on High Bar, led by National leader Alex Buscaglia (16.3), to seal the win. Link: Cal Release
UW La Crosse captured its fourth straight National title at the NCGA Nationals this evening. UW La Crosse was led by Christa Booman, who won the AA with a 38.65. Link: UW Eau Claire Release and Results
Air Force won the USAG Collegiate Nationals with a 345.7, just ahead of W&M's 344.6. ASU won the club division with a 329.8. In the AA race, Springfield's Ty Evans took home the title with an 85.7. Event finals are tomorrow night. Link: Springfield Release
