Olivia Queri, Rochester Gymnastics, has committed to UNH. She placed 1st on bars and 1st AA at her 2017 state meet. She was 1st on vault and beam and 1st AA at regionals. She finished finished a strong 5th place AA at JOs.
Nhyla Bryant of Raleigh School of Gymnastics has committed to Western Michigan. She placed 7th AA at her 2017 state meet and 12th AA at regionals.
Julianne Fehring of LaFleurs Tampa has committed to OU. She placed 1st on bars and 1st AA at her 2017 state meet. She placed 3rd AA at regionals and 4th AA at JOs.
Case Denick has coached at Bowling Green for the past two seasons. Spears has been a volunteer coach at Oklahoma for the past two seasons.
Arizona has named Associate Head Coach John Court as their interim Head Coach for the 2017-2018 season.

New Head Coach Amy Smith has announced that Whitnee Johnson and Harris Bergman will join her at USU. Johnson followed Smith from North Carolina. Bergman brings experience from New Hampshire.
A former Stanford athlete and assistant coach, Yim leaves her position at Arizona to take the helm at Stanford.
Former UGA star Brittany Rogers won the gold on Vault at the World University Games. She also placed fifth on BB. UCLA incoming frosh Pauline Tratz was fifth on FX.

Kelsey Martz from New Heights Gymnastics has committed to NIU. She placed 5th AA at her 2017 State meet and 18th AA at regionals.
Sara Ulias has announced her commitment to UCLA. She finished 12th AA at the 2017 SoCal meet and she competed three events at regionals.
Madeleine Johnston from Hill's has committed to PSU. She competed at the 2017 US Classic (38thAA). She also competed at the2017 Hill's Classic (1st vault/bars/AA) and the Parkettes Invitational (1st vault/beam).
She competed at the 2016 Secret Classic and P&G Championships.
PSU's Briannah Tsang, representing Canada, placed 11th AA at the World University Games. UCLA incoming frosh Pauline Tratz was 13th. Romania's Larisa Iordache won the AA title with a strong 56.75.
Mickelson has been a volunteer coach at Air Force. Prior to that, he was Head Coach at Iowa State
Taylor Russon, a L10 at San Mateo Gymnastics, has committed to Washington for 2020-2021. At the 2017 L10 Junior Olympic Nationals, she tied for 2nd on UB and placed 27th AA. In 2016, she was the BB co-champion, tied for 9th on FX and placed 9th AA at the JO Nationals.
Russia won the women's team competition at the World University Games this weekend. Canada was 2nd, with former NCAAer Brittany Rogers (UGA) and current NCAAers Brianna Tsang (PSU) and Danelle Pedrick (CMU). Japan was 3rd and Germany, with UIC gymnast Antonia Aliecke and UCLA incoming frosh Pauline Tratz, was fourth. The US did not field a team.
