Eastern Michigan has announced that Carly Clark and Megan Hultgren signed Letters of Intent in November. Their early verbal commitments were covered in prior posts.
Michigan has added Nichelle Christopherson for the 2014-2015 season. Christopherson is a former junior international elite who trains as a L10 at Fuzion in Missouri. She qualified to the 2014 Level 10 Nationals after placing 4th AA and 1st on BB at the Region IV L10 Regionals.

Winona State is mourning the passing of former team member Brooke Baures, who passed away December 1st during an incident at her place of work. A candelight vigil will be held on December 3rd.
According to published reports, Baures chose to leave the team this year to focus on an internship in Social Work. She made the NCGA Nationals the past three seasons and received All-American honors on beam in 2013.

Ball State has signed Sydney Fink, Morgan Fridey and Madison Howell to NLIs for 2015-2016. The commits of all three were covered in prior news items.

UIC announced the signing of Riley Mahoney, Sabrina Tomassini, Jenna Squillo and Mikailla Northern. The commits of Squillo and Northern were covered previously.
Mahoney is a L10 who trains at Crystal Lake Gymnastics. As a L9 in 2013, she placed 9th(t) AA, 3rd on VT and 5th on UB at the Level 9 Eastern Nationals. Link: Video
Tomassini trains in Canada at Wimgym. A former jr. high performance athlete and jr. national team member, she competed two events at Elite Canada in 2014.

Oklahoma claimed the top spot in the Men's College Gymnastics Association Preseason Poll. They claimed 7 first place votes to outdistance #2 Michigan. Ohio State was third.
Triad Gymnastics in Iowa has annouced Victoria Martin's commitment to ASU. As a 1st year L10 last season, she placed 4th AA at her state meet and 11th AA at regionals. We previously announced her commitment to Nebraska.
Griffin James, L10 at Gymstrada in Virginia, has committed to Alabama. She won her 2014 state meet in a near sweep of events. At regionals she placed 1st AA and 1st on bars and floor. She finished the season with a 7th place finish at JOs.
Morgan Hagenbuch, L10 from Southern Tier in N.Y., and Cassidy Jung, L9 from Club Champion in California, have signed with Brown. Morgan finished 8th AA at her regional meet and qualified to the 2014 NIT. Cassidy finished 1st on beam at her state meet and went on to a 6th place AA finish at the L9 Westerns.
Wildfire Gymnastics has announced Kylee Gauna's commitment to SPU. She finished 5thAA at her 2014 state meet and qualified to regionals.
HollieMinichiello, L10 at Orlando Metro, has committed to Eastern Michigan. She placed 1st AA and 1st on bars at her 2014 state meet, 8th AA at regionals and 8th AA at the NIT.
Megan Kuo, L9 at West Coast Elite, is set to join the NU team next fall. She won the beam title at her state meet last season and qualified to Western Championships.
Bridget Dean, L10 from Orlando Metro, has committed to Kentucky. In 2013 she qualified to the Nastia Cup with a 1st place sweep of the Magical Classic qualifier. She placed 10th AA at the Nastia Cup event.
Amanda Cheney, L10 at Orlando Metro, has accepted a walk on offer from Florida according to her club's Facebook page. She placed 1st on vault and beam at her 2014 state meet and she qualified through regionals to the NIT (6th AA).
