OU's Maggie Nichols won VT with another 10.0 as she led the Sooners to the win over Arkansas. She also won BB and FX with 9.975s. Finally, she tied on UB with teammates Jade Degouveia and Karrie Thomas, en route to a 39.90 AA win. 4 of 8 judges scores had Nichols at a 10, as she closes in on a perfect 40 AA tally. Her personal record is a 39.925, from 2017.

Georgia defeated Iowa State in a matchup on MLK Day. UGA's Rachel Bauman won BB and teammate Sabrina Vega tied for the FX title with ISU's Andrea Maldonado. UGA's Megan Roberts and Marissa Oakley tied for the UB title with ISU's Natalia Ros Vaquer. ISU's Makayla Maxwell won VT.

Michigan posted a 400.0 to win the Windy City Invitational. They defeated Minnesota (398.75) and Illinois (394.2). Michigan was led by Cameron Bock, who won PH and VT. Gopher Shane Wiskus returned to competition, and won the AA (83.55), FX and PB.
