Air Force won the USAG Men's Collegiate Championship title on Friday, posting a 401.65. Navy was 2nd at 398.25, Greenville 3rd at 390.75, Springfield 4th at 388.35, W&M fifth at 381.35 and Simpson 6th at 358.85. Falcon Erich Upton won the AA with a 79.2. Springfield's Sam Kaplan was 2nd and W&M's Gavin Zborowski was 3rd. The meet includes the military academies and those programs that sponsor gymnastics as a varsity sport and offer 2 or fewer equivalent scholarships. The event finals are on Saturday.

Monet Garscia, a L10 from Classic Gymnastics (MN), has committed to a full scholarship at WVU, starting in 2025-2026. In 2023, she placed 31st AA at the Women's Development Program (WDP) L10 Nationals, after winning her division at the Region 4 L10 Regionals. She also placed 43rd AA at the 2022 WDP L10 Natonals.

Ela (Rafaela) O'Neill has committed to continue her academic and athletic career at Oregon State, starting in 2025-2026. The L10 from Airborne has returned to competition in 2024 after missing the 2022 and 2023 seasons. In 2021, she tied for 6th on BB, 9th on UB and placed 12th AA at the Women's Development Program L10 Nationals.

Kayla Shaw, a Canadian Level 10 from the All Stars Sport Center, has committed to a full scholarship at Bowling Green, starting in 2024-2025. In 2023, she won the VT title and placed 6th AA at the 2023 Canadian Championships in the Level 10 16+ division.

Alisia Murray, a L10, has committed to CMU for 2024-2025. In 2023, she placed 14th AA at the Region 5 L10 Regionals. She has competed mostly on three events this season, winning the FX title in her division at the Tim Rand Invite in 2024.

Elizabeth Lassila, a L10 from Twin City, has committed to Air Force for 2024-2025. At the recent Minnesota L10 State meet, she finished 1st on VT and BB and 2nd on FX and AA. She missed most of last season.

As we head into the post-season, all but one spot in the Regionals is locked up. At the top, Oklahoma remains #1, with an NQS (National Qualifying Score) of 198.475. Cal has taken over #2 with an NQS of 198.18, as LSU is now in 3rd at 198.125 (they did not improve this week). Florida is 4th, closely followed by Utah, Kentucky, Alabama and Denver (a little more than 0.2 back from #4).
Michigan set a new NCAA leading total of 425.5 as they defeated PSU on Sunday. The mark was a new program record. Fred Richard led the way, winning FX, HB and the AA with a big 86.95. Teammate Landen Blixt took the VT and Wolverine Evgeny Siminiuc won the PB. For PSU, Michael Jaroh won the PH and Luke Esparo won the Rings.
Cal's Gabby Perea and eMjae Frazier tied for 1st on UB for the Bears only win of the day. Stanford's Brenna Neault won the AA (39.65) and tied for the BB title with teammate Chloe Widner. Widner also tied for the FX title with teammate Anna Roberts. Stanford's Taralyn Nguyen won the VT.

OU set a new program record as they celebrated Senior Day with a win over Bama. Is is tied for the third highest score in NCAA history. Jordan Bowers posted a 10 to win FX and a 39.85 to win the AA to lead the Sooners. She also tied for 1st on VT with Bama's Corinne Bunagan. Bowers also tied for 1st on UB (9.975) with teammates Katherine LaVasseur and Ragan Smith along with Bama's Luisa Blanco. Blanco also tied with Sooner Faith Torrez tied for 1st on BB (9.975).

Mya Hooten won FX with a 10 to lead the Gophers. Teammates Emily Koch and Lauren Pearl tied for 1st on BB. Air Force's Maggie Slife won the AA (39.4) and tied for 1st on VT (with Gopher Sarah Moraw) and UB (with Gopher Jordyn Lyden).

Illinois celebrated Senior Day with a season high, but Missouri prevailed. Mizzou was led by Jocelyn Moore, who posted a 10 on FX. She also tied for 1st on VT with teammate Amari Celestine. Illini Lyden Saltness won UB while teammate Mia Takekawa won BB.

Kent State captured the regular season MAC title on Senior Day. Kent St was led by Nastia Rudnitskaya, who tied for 1st on VT (with teammate Kennedy Weinpert) and UB (with teammate Sarah Haxton). Alyssa Guns of Kent St won BB while teammate Dani Fuertez won FX (9.975).
