Host Florida eeked out the narrowest of wins over the Sooners is a big matchup on Friday night. Both teams powered to over 198, breaking the mark in January. Florida's Alex McMurtry posted 10s on VT and BB to lead her squad to the win, pulling out the big tricks like her double twisting Yurchenko for the meet. OU's Maggie Nichols won the AA (39.775), FX and tied for the UB with teammate Anastasia Webb.

Bella Lanata of Gymnastics Express has committed to SCSU. In 2017 she qualified to regionals and finished 8th AA. She has placed in the top 10 AA at her three meets so far this season.
Taylor Cusick of Action Gymnastics has committed to compete for Ursinus next season. She competed 2 events at her 2017 state meet and qualified to regionals.

Stanford's Ryan Sheppard posted an 82.05 to win the AA and lead the Cardinal to victory. He also won R. Teammate Robert Neff won HB and tied for the VT title with teammate Bryan Perla. Teammate Blake Sun tied Iowa's Rogelio Vazquez for the PB title while Hawekeye Bennet Huang won FX and teammate Elijah Parsells won PH.
OU's Maggie Nichols won UB, BB and the AA with a 39.625 to lead the Sooners to the easy home win. Teammate Brenna Dowell won VT while AJ Jackson won FX.

Brockport defeated host Ithaca 188.375 to 186.95. Candis Kowalik led Brockport State, winning the BB and FX. Teammate Stephanie Mager tied for the VT title with Ithaca's Caroyln Nichols. Brockport's Miranda Shaine added a win on UB to complete the victory.

Cornell was led by Amy Shen. Shen won the AA with a 38.875, including a win on UB and a tie for UB honors with teammate Maci Prescott. Teammates Claire Haklik and Kathleen Aberger tied Cortland frosh Emma Schulz for the FX title. Schulz also won the BB, tying the school record in the process.
