Caitlin Soliwoda posted a career-high 39.15 to win the AA and lead Sacrament State to a 194.4 to 190.9 win over Alaska-Anchorage. Soliwoda also won the FX and tied her twin sister Courtney for UB honors. Teammate Julia Konner won the VT while Hornet Lauren Rice tied for the BB title with UAA's Kendra Daniels.

Host USU notched its 500th win in school history to defeat in-state rival BYU, 195.85 to 194.85. The mark was a new season high. Madison Ward led the Aggies with wins on VT and FX. Teammate Keri Peel won the UB. For BYU, frosh Shannon Hortman won the BB and the AA (39.275).

Canada's Elite Canada meet features their top Elite gymnasts as they attempt to qualify for High Performance status and earn assignments at International events. Day 1 featured the AA and Sunday will be the event finals. The next generation was on full display, with Jade Chrobok winning the meet with a 52.917 (new Code). Fellow new seniors Megan Phillips and Brooklyn Moors were 2nd and 3rd. UGA commit Megan Roberts was 4th at 50.1 while Washington commit Madeline McLellan was 7th (49.267). Michigan commit Sydney Townsend was 12th (48.3). Former UGA GymDog Brittany Rogers did two events, including the 5th highest BB score.

Host Illinois posted a 411.35 to defeat PSU's 404.55. The Illini captured team wins on FX, R, VT, PB and HB. Johnny Jacobson led the Illini, winning VT and PB. Teammates Taylor Smith (FX), Alex Diab (R), and Tyson Bull (HB) each took individual honors. PSU's Stephen Nedoroscik won the PH while Favian Valdez posted an 80.95 to win the AA.

Boise State broke into the 197 club with a 197.025 to defeat a struggling SUU (194.325, BB 47.375). Shani Remme led the Broncos, winning the BB and the AA (39.45). She also tied for the FX title with four others: teammates Paige Urquhart, Sarah Means and Sandra Collantes, plus SUU's Danielle Ramirez. Collantes and Bronco Diana Mejia tied for the UB title while teammate Ann Stockwell shared honors on VT with SUU frosh Madison McBride.

LSU posted a 197.425 to easily defeat Missouri's 195.425, despite some issues throughout. Head Coach D-D Breaux claimed "We really struggled tonight for everything". LSU's Ashleigh Gnat won FX and tied for the VT title with teammate Myia Hambrick. Tiger Sarah Finnegan won the BB while frosh Ruby Harrold took the UB. LSU frosh Kennedi Edney won the AA (39.375).

Host Alabama shook off last week's problems and exploded to a 197.825 tally to defeat the Florida Gators (197.425) in front of 14,423 fans. Kiana Winston led the Tide, winning the FX with a 10.0. She also posted a 39.7 to win the AA, and picked up a win on UB. Teammate Nickie Guerrero won the BB and tied for the VT title with UF's Rachel Slocum.

Arkansas overcame host Auburn, 196.375 to 196.075, in a battle of two teams impacted by injury. Samantha Cerio led the GymBacks, winning the UB and FX. Teammate Samantha Nelson tied AU's Taylor Krippner for the BB title. AU's MJ Rott won the VT.

Host OU posted another huge score, a 197.675, to easily defeat Denver (194.5), Nebraska (194.45), and TWU (193.0). Sooner frosh superstar Maggie Nichols was stellar once again, posting a 39.85 in the AA. She posted a 10 on BB and 9.975 on FX, but "just" a 9.925 on VT and 9.95 on UB. That magical "40" seems closer and closer in reach.
Denver ran into big problems with just five gymnasts on VT, and counted a fall on UB while NU struggled on BB and FX.
Host UW LaCross posted an 187.65 to easily defeat UW Oshkosh's 181.775. For LaCrosse, Amy Enright won UB while Abby Ostrovsky won FX. Teammate Kari Willett won VT while Samantha Wiekamp won the AA. For Oshkosh, Baylee Tkaczuk won the BB.

Cyclone Haylee Young led the way, winning VT, FX, the AA (39.325) and tying for the BB title with teammates Kelsey Paz and Cassie Diaz. Teammate Hilary Green completed the sweep with a win on UB.

Winona State posted a 187.65 to win Stout's John Zuerlein Invitational. UW Stout posted an 185.7 whle Gustavus Adolphus talled a 181.925. Winona St was paced by Eboni Jackson, who won the VT, FX and the AA (38.325). Teammates Kathryn Pipp (UB) and Sunny Hasebe (BB) completed the sweep.

Host NIU posted a solid 194.875 to defeat Bowling Green. Katherine Prentice led the way, winning the AA with a 39.175 and tying for the BB title. Teammate Courtney Dowdell won the UB while teammate Anna Martucci won the FX. For BGSU, frosh Jovannah East won the VT and shared the BB with Prentice and teammate India McPeak.

Host UGA held off Kentucky, 196.5 to 196.15, to secure a win. GymDog Morgan Reynolds led the way, winning the VT and the AA (39.4). Frosh Sabrina Vega added a win on FX while classmate Rachel Dickson tied teammate Natalie Vaculik for the UB title. Kentucky's Sidney Dukes and Alex Hyland tied for the BB title to lead a Wildcat sweep of the event.

Emma Lapinta, L10 at Kurt Thomas, has committed to SEMO. In 2015 she finished 2nd AA and first on beam at the L9 Western Championships. She missed the post season last year, her first season at L10. She has finished in the top five at the three meets she has competed so far this season and she recently placed 1st on floor at the Texas Prime meet.
