LSU overcame a number of falls and problems on both BB and FX to easily defeat a no-counting fall effort from NC State. Erin Macadaeg led the way for LSU, winning BB and FX. Teammate Ashleigh Gnat won the AA with a 38.975. Tiger Sydney Ewing won VT while frosh Sarah Finnegan posted a 9.95 to win the UB.

Frosh Danielle Doolin tied for the FX title and posted a 39.025 to win the AA and lead UNH to a big 196+ mark. Teammate Kelsey Aucoin tied for the FX title. Elizabeth Mahoney won VT with a 9.875, while frosh Danielle Mulligan took the UB. Meghan Plieger and Casey Lauter tied for the BB title to complete the sweep.

Stanford won the Monday night matchup, defeating Bay Area rival Cal. Stanford was led by Akash Modi, who posted a 89.0 to win the AA. He also took the FX and PB. Teammate Taylor Seaton won the HB and VT. Cardinal teammates Brian Knott and Dennis Zameski won the PH and Rings, respectively.

Kasey Meeks, L10 at Pinnacle Gymnastics, has committed to Illinois. Last season she qualified to regionals, placing 16th AA. She recently competed at the Peppermint Twist and placed 5th AA.
LSU and Michigan share the #1 spot after the first full week of rankings. Florida is #3 and preseason #1 OU is 4th. LSU leads on VT while Utah leads on UB. Florida is tops on BB while Michigan leads on FX.
Cal scored a convincing win over their NorCal rivals as they posted a 195.575 for the win. Stanford held off Sac State for 2nd. Toni Williams led Cal with a tie for the vault title.
Other than that, it was the Elizabeth Price show. The Stanford sophomore tied for the VT title and then won the UB, BB and FX en route to a 39.5 AA tally. That ties her for first in the NCAA.

Abby Milliet of Auburn won the UB and BB to lead the Tigers to the win over the host Beavers. Teammate Caitlin Atkinson won the VT while teammate Lexus Demers tied with Oregon State's Jamie Radermacher for the FX title. OSU's Madeline Gardiner won the AA with a 39.225.

Host UCLA prevailed over Bama in a close early season showdown. UCLA was led by 9.95s posted on BB by Peng-Peng Lee and Danusia Francis, and on FX by Hallie Mossett and Sadiqua Bynum. The Bruins used a strong second half of the meet to overtake Bama on the last event. Mackenzie Brannam led Bama, winning the VT and taking the AA with a 39.35. The Tide's Kiana Winston and Katie Bailey tied for the UB title.

Mizzou frosh Morgan Porter won the AA, UB and tied for first on the VT (with classmate Britney Ward) to lead the Tigers to a win over Lindenwood. Classmate Brooke Kelly won the BB while Kennedi Harris took the FX.

Kendall Valentin led a 1-2-3 EMU sweep of the VT as EMU scored a big win. Maryland's Abbie Epperson took the UB. For Pitt, Lindsay Offutt won the BB, FX and the AA (39.1).

Kent State opened with a solid 195.15 to defeat Temple. Rachel Stypinski led KSU with wins on UB and FX. Frosh teammates Dara Williams and Sarah Lippowitsch took VT and BB, respectively.

Whitewater posted a big win over host Hamline on Sunday afternoon. UW Whitewater sweep the individual events: Katie Fiorilli and Destiny Patrick won VT; Mackenzie Smith won UB; Hannah Lee and Franchesca Hutton won BB and Courtney Pickett took the FX.

UNC's Kaitlyn Hedelund posted a 39.15 to win the AA and also won the UB to lead UNC to a win over W&M. Teammate Morgan Lane won BB and FX. For W&M, Brittany Stover took the vault.

Alexis Mattern won the VT and teammate Taylor Harrison won the BB to lead a consistent Ohio State to a win over fall-plagued Washington. Teammate Samantha Kent tied for the UB title with UW's Kaitlyn Duranczyk. Gym Dawg Allie Northey posted a strong 39.25 AA win, highlighted by a win on FX.

PSU scored its 47th straight victory over Army on Saturday afternoon. Trevor Howard led the way for the Nittany Lions, winning the AA with an 85.5. He also won the SR andf VT. Teammates Alexis Torres and Leroy Clark, Jr added a pair of wins. Torres won FX and tied with Clarke on PH. Clarke won the PB. Army's Jesse Glenn won the HB.

Illinois posted its highest score under the new scoring system to defeat UIC. Bobby Baker led the Illini, winning Rings, PB and HB. Teammates Alex Diab, Logan Bradley and Chandler Eggleton won the FX, PH and VT, respectively.
