This week's ranking from Troester.com GymInfo continue to show a bit of a shakeup, as teams improve with their Regional Qualifying Score (RQS) by dropping low scoring early season meets.  We are getting to the last two weekends of meets, and the teams are jockeying for spots in the Top 36 and in the Top 18.  OU takes the top spot in this week's rankings, with an RQS that is approaching 198.  They are followed by Florida and then LSU.

2016-17 McGregor to Boise State

New Zealander Courtney McGregor has reportedly committed to Boise State.  In 2014 she competed internationally at the World Cup and the Pacific Rim Championships.

2016-17 Sullivan to Iowa

New Zealander Charlotte Sullivan has reportedly committed to Iowa.   In 2014 she competed internationally at the World Cup, Pacific Rim, and Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

UC Davis 195.325 at Cal 197.325

Cal broke the school record with a 197.325 team total in a win over UC Davis.  They also set program records on VT and FX.

Toni Ann Williams led the way once again, winning the VT with a 10 and the FX with a 9.975.  She also tied for the UB title with teammate Charlie Owens en route to a 39.625 AA tally.  UC Davis' Dani Judal posted a 9.875 to win BB.

GWU posted a new season high and won the tri-meet over WMU and Yale.  More important, they kept themselves in the race for one of the last spots at Regionals.  Jillian Winstanley led the Colonials, winning the AA with a 39.2, including a tie for first on BB with WMU's Anna Corbett.  Teammate Chelsea Raineri added a win on VT and tie on FX with teammate Cami Drouin-Allaire.  WMU's Jessie Peszek won the UB.

Coach Doug Van Everen picked up his 150th Career Win as Army defeated host Springfield.  Army's Jesse Glenn had an outstanding meeting, winning VT, PB and HB en route to an 84.05 AA win.

Stanford posted a solid tri-meet win over host UIC and ASU's club program.  Robert Neff led Stanford, winning the AA with an 87.3 and taking the win on FX.

Neal Courter won the VT and HB to lead the Tribe to the win over Navy.

Men's: OU 443.3 at California 430.8

OU, while off of their record pace, still managed to defeat host Cal on Sunday.  Cal's Kevin Wolting won the AA with an 89.15, including a win on VT and a tie for first on FX with OU's Colin Van Wicklen.  OU was paced by Michael Squires 16.0 on Rings.

Host Illinois posted a solid score to defeat the Huskers.

Both in-state rivals met in Birmingham to settle their rivalry.  Bama came out in top, despite a record road score from Auburn.  Auburn's score was enough to clinch a spot in the evening session at the SECs.  The Tide were led by Lauren Beers, who captured Bama's only event title (FX), with a 9.95. 

Auburn's Caitlin Atkinson set a new school record in the AA (39.75), and won the UB with a 9.975.  She also won VT, while teammate Megan Walker won the BB.

Maryland broke the 196 barrier to score the home Senior Day quad meet win.  They were led by wins from Kathy Tang, Stephanie Giameo and Ebony Walters on UB, BB and VT, respectively.  Bridgeport's Sasha Tsikhanovich won the AA with a 39.325.  W&M's Brittany Stover led her squad with another win on VT.

RIC 179.3 at Springfield 188.35

In Head Coach Cheryl Raymond's final home meet, the Springfield squad shattered the team scoring record to win over RIC.  The prior record was set February 21st.  They were led by Abby Clark, who won BB and FX.

PSU 196.75 at WVU 195.9

Briannah Tsang of PSU won the AA (39.475) and tied for the VT title with teammate Emma Sibson to lead the Nittany Lions to a win over host WVU.  Sibson also won the FX.  Teammate Krystal Welsh won the BB and tied for the UB title with WVU's Alexa Goldberg.

Ball State 195.5 at Kent State 196.8

Kent State celebrated Senior Day with its 4th highest score ever.  It was a season high by over a point.  Rachel Stypinski led the way once again, winning BB and tying for the FX title with teammate Jordan Harrison.  Kent State's Ali Marrero won another UB title.  Teammate Chelsea Drooger tied for the VT title with Ball State's Denasiha Christian.

Arizona 197.125 at TWU 192.475

TWU celebrated Senior Day in a day filled with season and career highs.  Arizona hit a season best 197.175 to win the meet.  Arizona won three of the four individual events.  Shelby Edwards won VT while Selynna Felix-Terrazas shared the UB title with Allie Flores.  Wildcats Jessie Sisler and Lexi Mills shared the BB title.  For TWU, Spencer Jones won the FX while Schyler Jones won the AA with a 39.175.
