Here are the L10 Regional Results for the Senior divisions in Region 1, and their future college, where known. Only the top seven finishers are shown, along with any event winners.
In a thirilling session, OU triumphed in Semi-Final 2 at the Women's NCAA Championships, posting the highest score of the day, a 198.0875. Utah posted a 197.6 to eek ahead of Bama's 197.575 and LSU's 197.5625. This perhaps was the closest NCAA finish of all time, in terms of eight teams finishing so close to each other.

OU posted a big 198.175 to win the Tuscaloosa Regional and advance to the National meet. Alabama secured the 2nd spot at 197.575. Arkansas posted a 196.7 to stay ahead of Missouri's 196.55. For the Sooners, Olivia Trautman won VT with a 10 and teammate Anastasia Webb won BB and the AA (39.7). Bama's Shania Adams won UB while teammate Luisa Blanco won FX.

GWU's Deja Chambliss won the VT and teammates Cydney Crasa and Olivia Zona tied for the FX title with Temple's Ariana Castrence, Faith Leary and Renee Schugman. Castrence won the UB and the AA with a 39.35. Temple's Brooke Donabedian won the BB

Iowa overcame problems on BB to pull out a close win over Michigan, PSU and Rutgers. Michigan had major problems to start on FX, with only a 47.5. Lauren Guerin led an Iowa sweep on the FX to lead the GymHawks. Teammate Clair Kaji tied for the BB title with Mich's Sierra Brooks. Brooks also won the VT and the AA (39.575). PSU's Ava Verdeflor won UB.
MSU did not compete due to COVID-19 protocols.

Illinois St pulled off the big win, led by Angelica Labat's win on UB. Teammate Cameron Topp tied for 1st on FX with Iowa St's Addy De Jesus and Maddie Diab. De Jesus won VT and BB as well en route to a 39.35 AA.

UNC was led by Elizabeth Culton, who won the AA (39.275), the BB and tied for 1st on FX with Towson's Nikki Borkowski. Towson's Camille Vitoff won VT while Pitt's Katrina Coca won the UB.
