Every fall, a new set of Women's code modifications are published by the NCAA. These code modifications outline variances in the NCAA code from the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympics Level 10 code. This is the means by which all routines are evaluated during the upcoming season. The latest update contains some changes for the new season, with balance beam the most impacted. Here's a summary of the changes:
Emily Richardson, L10 at WOGA in Texas, has committed to Arkansas according to Gym-style.com, which maintains her personal website. In 2011, Richardson finished 5th AA at the Chicago Style and 8th AA at the Houston Nationals Invitational. She also competed at the WOGA elite qualifier.
Craig Ballard has joined the staff at Kent State, according to a school release. He had been an assistant at Bowling Green.

Amanda Mohler has committed to Illinois State, according to her club. She's a L10 at United Gymnastics. At the 2011 Region V L10 Regionals, she placed 16th AA, 4th on FX and 5th on BB. She placed 10th at Regionals in 2010.

Kayla Weber, L10 at Olympia Gymnastics in Michigan, has committed to Western Michigan. Her 2011 season was highlighted with an all around win (1st AA, 1st BB) at the Sand Dollar meet. She finished out her season with an 11th AA finish at her state meet and 21st AA at regionals.
Hayley Sanzotti, Level 10 at Illinois Gymnastics Institute (IGI) in Illinois, has committed to Utah State University. Hayley finished 1st Place Beam at the St. Nick Invite, 5th place AA at her regional meet and 37th AA at JO Nationals.
Ariel Horowitz, L10 at Waller's GymJam, has agreed to walk on at UC Davis. Last season she had several top 10 finishes throughout the regular season, placed 12th AA at the SoCal meet and 17th AA at regionals.
Jesse Williams, L10 at Waller's GymJam in California, has accepted a scholarship offer to Cal State Sacramento. She had several top 5 finishes last season, including a 5th place AA finish at the SoCal state meet. She placed 15th at regionals.
Morgan Tolman, L10 at Waller's GymJam in California, will walk on at Denver according to her club's web site. She started last season with an all around win at the OC Classic (1st AA/1st FX) and finished in the top 10 at her regular season meets and qualified to the SoCal state meet.
Heather Elswick, L10 at Capital Gymnastics in Texas, has committed to Arkansas per her post on her personal web page. Last season she won floor at the Pikes Peak and WOGA meets. She finished 4th AA at her regional meet and 16th AA at JOs.
Annie Glasenapp, L10 at Flips Gymnastics in Minnesota, has committed to Iowa State. Last season she finished 10th AA at her state meet and 2nd AA (1st FX) at regionals. She qualified to JO nationals, where she competed only on bars.
Jackie Fain has been named the new Head Coach at Centenary, according to a school release. She had been an assistant at TWU, and has experience as a coach, judge and former UK competitor.

Rachel Daum, L10 from Stars Gymnastics in Texas, has committed to Alabama according to Gym-Style.com, which maintains her web page. Daum finished 2nd AA (1st V/FX) at both her state and regional meets last season and finished 1st on V and FX at JO Nationals.
Vaculik is taking a year off from Stanford to prepare for upcoming international competitions. So far she has earned a spot at Worlds. Others named to the team are UCLA recruit Peng Peng Lee, Dominique Pegg, Talia Chiarelli, Mikaela Gerber, Coralie Leblond-Chartrand, and Madeline Gardiner.
Allison Bellingham, a L10 from South Coast in Irvine, has committed to San Jose State, according to her recruiting service. She placed 19th AA at the 2011 Region I L10 Regionals, Senior A. She was 10th AA in 2010.

USU announces that TeShawne Jackson has been named Assistant Coach. Jackson has previously coached at Iowa State, Ball State and William and Mary.
