It was Senior day at Iowa, but juniors Houry Gebeshian aned Rebecca Simbhudas celebrated by winning a share of the AA title. Simbhudas won the VT and UB titles as well, while Gebeshian won the BB. SUU's Elise Wheeler won the FX.

Frosh Sharaya Musser led PSU to the big win, posting a 39.6 to win the AA. She also won VT with a near perfect 9.975 and tied with Michigan's Katie Zurales on BB. Teammate Natalie Ettl tied for the UB title with Michigan's Kylee Botterman. Teammate Brandi Personett captured the FX and placed 2nd AA.

Yale was led by senior Brigitte Kivisto, who placed 1st on BB and FX and won the AA with a 38.975. Teammate Tara Feld won VT while another Yale frosh, Lindsay Andsager, won UB.

Jessica Staples, L10 from St. Charles Gymnastics in Illinois, has committed to Kentucky according to a news article. She qualified as jr. international elite session of the US National Championships in 2006, but was unable to compete due to injury. After some time out of the gym, she resumed L10 training in 2008. She competed in the Ultimate Wish Classic (7th AA) and the Hawaiian Pineapple Classic (1st AA; 1st V/UB/BB) earlier this season.
Penn State posted a new season high to defeat Minn and Temple. PSU's Nick Virbitsky won FX, while teammate Scott Rosenthal won Rings. Felix Aronovich won PB while Noam Shaham tied Minnesota's Aaron Fortunato on HB.

Arkansas posted another big road score with a 196.925 at Minnesota. Casey Jo Magee led Arkansas, winning the AA (39.65), UB, and tying for 1st on BB with teammate Sarah Nagashima and Minnesota's Kristin Furukawa. Teammate Jaime Pisani won VT and FX and placed 2nd AA.

UGA set a new season high and edged UCLA by 0.025 in action Saturday afternoon. Grace Taylor of UGA and Elyse Hopfner-Hibbs of UCLA posted 10s on BB to tie for honors on that event. Kathryn Ding of UGA won VT while teammate Hilary Mauro won the FX. For UCLA, Anna Li won the UB while Vanessa Zamarripa won the AA with a 39.675.

Illinois won every event as a team and swept the individual event titles. Ohio State's Sarah Schmidt won the AA (39.375), the FX, and tied on BB with teammates Melissa Fernandez and Kelsey Joannides. Fernandez won the UB as well while teammate Allison Buckley won VT.

Cornell posted a 192.675 to defeat Rutgers and Brockport. Cornell used a balanced attack to win the meet, with Emily Santaro leading the way on VT. On UB, Bethany Neczypor led a 1-4 Cornell sweep. Teammate Melanie Standridge won the BB. Brockport's Lauren Gildenmeyer won the FX.
