Brittany Harris, Britney Ranzy and Amanda Schulberg signed NLIs with OSU on Wednesday. Schulberg's committment was previously covered. Harris, of Krafft Academy, finished 6th AA and 4th UB at the '09 JOs. Ranzy, of Excalibur Gymnastics, is a seasoned international elite. She competed at the '08 Olympic Trials and 5th on vault at the '09 Covergirl Classic.
Arizona has announced the signing of Jordan Williams, as expected. Her very early commit was covered as news on the earlier version of the site.

California has announced the signing of Alicia Asturias and Dallas Crawford. Crawford's commit was covered in a prior news item.
Asturias is a L10 at Technique in Rancho Cordova. At the 2009 L10 Nationals, she placed 12th AA and 6th(t) on VT in the Senior A division. In 2008, she placed 10th AA at the Region I L10 Regionals.

UCLA has announced the signing of Olivia Courtney, Mattie Larsen, Samantha Peszak, and Syndey Sawa. Peszak's commit was covered in a prior news items. The year of entry for each of the athletes was not specified.
Courtney is a senior international elite who trains at Orlando Metro. In 2009, Courtney won the Cover Girl Classic, but did not compete at the VISA Championships. She placed 10th AA at the 2008 Olympic Team Trials.
Larson is a senior international elite who trains at All Olympia. She placed 7th AA at both the 2008 VISA (US) Championships and the 2008 US Olympic Team Trials. This past season, she won the BB and FX titles at a World Cup event in Montreal.
Sawa is the 2009 Canadian National AA Champion. She is also the reigning champion on the UB and a two-time World Championships competitor. In 2008, she finished 5th AA and 3rd on FX at the Canadian Championships.

San Jose State has announced the signing of Cassandra Harrison and Allie Myers, according to a school release. Harrison's commit was covered in a prior news item.
Myers is a L10 at Desert Lights. At the 2009 Region I L10 Regionals, she placed 13th AA in the Senior A division.

Matt Frey has signed with Minnesota, according to the Bradenton Herald. Frey, who trains at South Florida, placed 40th AA at the 2008 Junior Olympic Nationals.

Florida has signed six athletes, with two ready to compete during the 2010 season. Mackenzie Caquatto, Kytra Hunter and Alaina Johnson are three senior international elites who will start in 2010-2011. They will be joined by local L10 Brittney Noble. Their commits were covered in prior news items. In addition, Liz Green and Marissa King will start in January, bolstering the Gator squad for this season. Green's commit was covered previously, and there was some uncertainty which athletes were going to join for the 2010 season.
King is an elite gymnast on the British National team. A 2008 Olympian, she was the 2009 British National champion on VT. She was also 3rd AA, UB and FX at the same competition. She also competed at the 2007 and 2009 World Championships.

Samantha (Sammy) Kolbas has reportedly commited to Arkansas for the 2012 season. Kolbas, Arena Gymnastics in Illinois, finished 11th AA (1st UB, 9th BB) in the Jr. D session of '09 JOs
Morgan Key, a L10 at Texas East, is heading to Alaska. At the 2009 Region III L10 Regionals, she finished 10th AA and 2nd(t) on FX in the Senior C division.

Erin Brady, a L10 at Oshkosh, has signed with Southeast Missouri State, according to the Northwestern newspaper. At the 2009 L10 Nationals, she placed 20th AA and 9th(t) on VT. In 2008, as a Junior D, she tied for 25th AA and placed 9th on FX.

Iowa State has six athletes to letters of intent, including two we have not yet featured. The six are: Henrietta Green, Milan Ivory, Hailey Johnson, Megan McDonald, Camille Santerre-Gervais and Michelle Shealy.
Johnson is a L10 from the Charter Oak Gliders who finished 28th AA at the 2009 L10 Nationals in the Senior B division. In 2008, she tied for 8th AA and 4th on BB in the Junior D division at L10 Nationals.
Santerre-Gervais is a Canadian who competed last season at the National Open level for Gymnix. At the 2009 Canadian Championships, she placed 3rd AA, 1st on BB, and 4th(t) on UB in the National Open division. In 2008, she was the National AA Champion at the National Open, 16+ level. She also captured the UB title and placed 3rd on BB.

Lance Alberhasky has signed with Iowa, according to the Press-Citizen newspaper. He trains at the Iowa Gym Nest. At the 2009 Junior Olympic Nationals, he finished 44th in the AA preliminaries.
