Host OU, the #1 team, scored a big win to edge the visiting Cardinal.  Ignacio Yockers won the PH and Emre Dodanli won the HB as the Sooners used those two events and the FX to defeat Stanford.  Asher Hong won FX, R and VT to lead Stanford.  Teammate Brandon Nguyen won the PB.
