Alabama won the Seattle Regional with ease, posting a 197.025. LSU (196.075) pulled out the qualifying spot, shaking off an early fall on beam to hit their remaining routines and extend their 0.025 lead into the final margin of victory. Washington (195.825) had a shakey beam rotation after a strong start on vault and bars. Arizona posted a 195.075 after problems on bars, with Iowa (194.6) in fifth and CMU (194.15) in sixth.
Bama was led by Geralen Stack-Eaton's 39.4 AA win. She also tied for first on bars with teammate Ashley Sledge and on floor with teammate Marissa Gutierrez. Teammate Sarah DeMeo tied for the beam title with Arizona's Katie Matusik. Washington's Aliza Vaccher won the vault with a career-best effort.
Individually, Matusik advances on the beam while teammate Aubree Cristello advances in the AA. Vaccher also advances as an All-Arounder.
