Ames Regional (Iowa State, host) – 5 p.m. ET
Teams
1. LSU
2. Nebraska
3. Denver
4. Washington
5. Michigan State
6. *Iowa State
The historical North Central region has been evened out with the addition of Washington, which normally would be in the overloaded Cal Regional.
Auburn Regional (Auburn, host) – 7 p.m. ET
Teams
1. Alabama
2. *Auburn
3. Minnesota
4. Iowa
5. Maryland
6. George Washington
Host Auburn was rated as one of the "tough" Regionals for any #3 or #4 seed, leaving Minnesota and Iowa with the tough draw.
Berkeley Regional (California, host) – 9 p.m. ET
Teams
1. Utah
2. Georgia
3. Boise State
4. *California
5. Utah State
6. BYU
This is one of the "tough" Regional fields with a host in the #4 seed. There is quite a story line here, with a sometimes inconstent UGA squad battling Boise State and their coach's former school, Cal. West Region qualifier Washington was sent out of the Region due to the strength of the field (two teams ranked in spots 19 to 24).
Columbus Regional (Ohio State, host) – 6 p.m. ET
Teams
1. Michigan
2. UCLA
3. Arizona
4. Central Michigan
5. Kentucky
6. *Ohio State
This is the toughest assignment for any non Top 12 team seeking to gain a spot at Nationals. The #6-#7 pair are often a tough set of assignments, and this year is not different. Often, it is better to be ranked #19 or #20 than #18, when it comes to Regional seeds.
Morgantown Regional (West Virginia, host) – 4 p.m. ET
Teams
1. Florida
2. Stanford
3. Illinois
4. Arkansas
5. New Hampshire
6. *West Virginia
This could be quite a battle, with a consistent and rising Illinois squad against a healthier and improving Stanford squad, with Arkansas lurking in at #4.
Norman Regional (Oklahoma, host) – 5 p.m. ET
Teams
1. *Oklahoma
2. Oregon State
3. Penn State
4. Southern Utah
5. Missouri
6. NCa State
The "States" will battle it out, with Oregon State and PSU set to battle it, and the rest of the field looks for an opportunity. Host OU will be heavily favored to advance, barring disaster.
