Winona State picked up a key win over host UW Eau Claire, 185.2 to 184.875.  For Winona State, Taylor Lewis won VT and Kelly Johnston won BB.  Erin Olson and Lauren Zurowski celebrated Senior Night with wins for Eau Claire on FX and UB, respectively.

Temple 192.45 at William & Mary 193.1

W&M posted a season-high 193.1 to defeat the visiting Temple Owls (192.45).  Briana Gironda led W&M, winning the UB and the AA (38.675).  Teammate Aaliyah Kerr won the FX.  For Temple, Daisy Todd won the VT while Reagan Oliveri and Sahara Gipson tied for the BB title.

Towson 194.025 at NC State 196.15

Host NC State posted a season high 196.15 to defeat Towson (194.025) and stay alive as they pursue a spot at Regionals.  Sunday's away meet will be critical for the squad.  Chelsea Knight led the way, winning VT, BB and tying for the UB title on the way to a 39.525 AA tally.  Teammate Alexa Phillips won the VT while Amanda Fillard shared the UB title.

Host Kent State posted a season-high 196.425 to defeat Ball State.  Rachel Stypinski won UB and BB and teammate Jordan Harison won VT and FX to lead the Golden Flames.

WVU 196.1 at Florida 197.6

Alex McMurty won BB and tied for the UB title with teammate Amelia Hundley to lead the Gators to a 197.6 to 196.1 win over WVU.  Teammate Kennedy Baker posted a near-perfect 9.975 to take the FX, while junior Rachel Slocum won VT.  Rachel Gowey completed the sweep with a 39.275 AA win.

2017-18 Jenna Zakala to SCSU

Jenna Zakala has announced that she will compete for SCSU next season.  She trains at Valley Gymnastics Training Center in New York.  Last season she competed at Level 9, She swept the titles at regionals and finished 1st on floor at regionals.  She went on to a 12th place finish at L9 Easterns.  In her first season at Level 10, she has four top 10 finishes at her meets, including a 1st AA/BB/FX at the Leatherstocking meet.

2021-22 Lauren Letzsch to Utah

Junior elite Lauren Letzsch has committed to Utah.  She trains at Tigar in Colorado. Last season she captured the Colorado state AA and Beam titles.  She finished 1st on FX and 2nd AA at Regionals and 13th AA at JOs.  She went on to compete at the Secret Classic and the P&G Championships.

Ball State posted a key road score of 195.45, a new season high, to defeat UIC (195.175) and host WMU (194.3).  Host WMU's mark was still good enough to pull them into 36th place in the RQS standings, while Ball State rose to 41st.  Both squads have two more changes to add to their RQS efforts, although WMU would definitely want to correct their two counting falls on BB. 

Kaitlyn Menzione led Ball State with a win on VT.  WMU picked up wins from Jessie Peszek on BB and Rachael Underwood on FX.  UIC's Mikailla Northern won another AA title with a 39.325.  She also won the UB.

Bridgeport posted a solid 194.45 to defeat Brown (193.425), SCSU (190.35), and RIC (182.95) on Tuesday night.  UB's Briana Comport won BB and tied for the FX title with teammaet Maya Reimers to lead the Purple Knights to the win.  Reimers won the AA with a 38.925.  Teammate Kimberly Stewart won the VT while teammates Thomara Powell-Brown and Christine Liataud tied for honor on the UB.

Oklahoma is nearing a 198 Regional Qualifying Score (197.99) as they continue to lead the Women's National Rankings.  However, #11 Michigan nearly upset the Sooners, showing just how close the field has become. LSU is 2nd and Florida remains third, with UCLA closing fast in 4th.

Centenary 190.475 at Alaska 192.6

Host Alaska broke a school record on BB en route to a Senior Day win over Centenary, 192.6 to 190.475.  Seawolve Madeleine Arbuckle won VT and the AA while teammate Nicole Larkin won the UB.  UAA's Kallie Randolph and Sophia Hyderally tied for the BB title as the Seawolves took the top five spots.  For Centenary, Navia Jordan won FX.

San Jose St celebrated Senior Day with a win over USU, 195.15 to 194.025.  Frosh Taylor Chan led the way, winning the BB and FX.  For USU, Miranda Hone won VT and Keri Peel won UB.

Cal 196.8 at UCLA 197.525

Host UCLA held off Cal, 197.525 to 196.8, as the Bears posted a key road score.  UCLA's Katelyn Ohashi posted a 10 on BB and won the FX to lead the Bruins.  Teammate Kyla Ross won VT and tied for the UB at 9.975 with teammate Peng-Peng Lee.

Penn State posted a season high 196.2 to bolster their Regional hopes and defeat Bridgeport (193.875), West Chester (192.95) and host Penn (191.475).  PSU's Briannah Tsang led the way, winning FX and tying for the VT title with Bridgeport's Maya Reimers and Kimberly Stewart.  Teammate Sabrina Garcia won FX while Nittany Lion Nicole Medvitz won BB.
