Bridgeport came from behind on the FX to defeat Air Force, 194.275 to 193.975. Frosh Maya Reimers led the way, winning FX, VT, BB and the AA (38.9). Teammate Kelsey Campbell won the UB.

Host WVU posted a 195.95 to defeat Iowa State's 195.725 and Maryland's 195.45. For WVU, Zaakira Muhammand won the BB and the AA (39.4). Teammates Alexa Goldberg and Kirah Koshinski won UB and FX, respectively. Iowa State's Meaghan Sievers took the VT.

Ursinus' Alexandra Puryear tied for the BB title (with Brockport's Erica Roth) and won the AA while teammates Heather Brubaker and Bridgette Schaal won VT and FX, respectively as Ursinus took the quad meet. Teammate Lauren Chavis tied Brockport's Maddie O'Braitis for the UB title.

Bowling Green edged host CMU by 0.1 points, 195.725 to 195.625, to take Sunday's showdown. A counting fall on BB proved costly to the Chippewas. Bowling Green was led by a win on VT from Jovannah East. Teammate Rachel Reis tied CMU's Bryttany Kaplan for the UB title. CMU also picked up wins from Katy Clements on BB and Macey Hillker on FX.

SUU picked up it's highest road score ever but it wasn't enough to slow down Michigan's huge 197.825 tally. Senior Nicole Artz won UB and FX while sophomore Olivia Kara tied for the BB (with senior Talia Chiarelli) and won the AA (39.6) to lead the Wolverines. Emma McLean completed the sweep with a win on VT.

Host Stanford posted a strong 421.55 to defeat Minnesota's 405.6. National Teams from Japan and Canada also competed, posting a 425.8 and 392.7, respectively. Akash Modi led Stanford with a win on PH. Gopher Yaro Pochinka won the VT. Japan's Daisuke Fudono won the AA with an 86.65. He also won PB and HB.

OU posted a big 425.55 to easily defeat Air Force's 394.85. OU is the only team to hit 425 in the revised scoring this season. Alex Powarzynski led the way for the Sooners with wins on VT and PB. Allan Bower added a win on PH with a meet-high 15.2. Peter Daggett won R while Levi Anderson won HB. For Air Force, Casey Branin won the FX.

GWU posted a season-high 196.725 to defeat Kent State (196.125) and host NC State (195.55). They were led by Jillian Winstanley, who won VT, AA (39.55) and tied for the UB title. For Kent State, Rachel Stypinski won BB and FX. Kent State's Brooke Timko and NC State's Melissa Brooker also shared the UB title.

Nebraska posted a season-high 197.175 to defeat Cal (196.4), USU (196.2) and SEMO (190.325). Husker Taylor Houchin broke the NU frosh scoring record in the AA with a 39.65 to take the title there. She also won the VT, FX and tied for the BB title with Cal's Sofie Seilnacht. Teammate Ashley Lambert won the UB.

Kyla Ross won UB, BB and tied for the VT title to lead UCLA to a 197.725 to 196.275 win over Arizona. Classmate Madison Kocian added a share of the VT title and took the AA crown (39.625). Senior Hallie Mossett won the FX with a 9.975 while Sonja Meraz shared the VT title.

Utah blasted host ASU, 197.6 to 194.85, led by MyKayla Skinner's 39.75 AA tally. Skinner won VT, BB and FX. Teammate Kari Lee prevented the sweep with a 9.975 on UB.

PSU overcame the distractions of a traumatic week to defeat Pitt, 195.2 to 193.525. Briannah Tsang led PSU, winning VT, FX and the AA (39.25). Senior Nicole Medvitz took the BB while sophomore Sabrina Garcia won UB.
Earlier in the week, PSU Head Coach Jeff Thompson was dismissed.

Host MSU posted a 195.55 as they chased down a spot at Regionals. Arkansas only fielded four gymnasts on FX and posted just a 185.275. MSU was led by Nicola Deans, who won VT and the AA (39.175). Elena Lagoski added a win on UB while Kira Frederick took top honors on FX. Two Spartans, Hailee Westney and Gabriella Douglas, tied for the BB title.

LU posted a 193.85 to defeat host Centenary's 189.6 Kierstin Sokolowski led the Lions, winning VT and tying for the UB title with teammate Andavea Alexander. LU's Emily Milliet won the BB. For Centenary, Navia Jordan won FX and Ashley White took the AA (38.975).

PSU posted a 409.4 to defeat host Navy's 399.25. PSU was led by frosh Sam Zakutney's wins on HB and BB. Dominic DiFulvio added a win on VT and a share of the title on R (with teammate Christopher Sands). Nittany Lion senior Leroy Clark Jr won PH. For Navy, Jonathan Tang won FX and took the AA (82.3).
The men have shifted to a five up, five count team format following the Winter Cup break.
