SEMO has hired Brittney Emmons and Chris Licarneli as assistants. Emmons, a former Ball State standout, had been a volunteer assistant at Utah State. Licarneli comes to SEMO from Temple, where he was a manager of the Basketball team and Director of Operations for the Gymnastics Team.

Nasha Manitkul-Davis has announced her commitment to Kent State. The L10 from JPAC finished 2nd AA at regionals and 44th AA at JOs last season.
Jordan Draper, L10 at Empire Gymnastics, has committed to OU. Last season she finished 4th AA at the Texas state meet. She placed 1st on floor and 4th overall at regionals. She finished 18th AA at JOs.
Gabby Perea, an elite competing for Legacy Elite in Illinois, has committed to Cal. In 2016 she competed at the Secret Classic (3rd AA; 1st UB) and the P&G Championships (3rd AA; 1st UB)
Andrea Li, L10 from Legacy Elite in Illinois, has committed to Cal. Last season she placed 1st AA, bars, beam and floor at her state meet. She placed 1st AA, bars and beam at regionals. She placed 2nd AA at JOs.
MacKinzie Kane, L10 from Carter's, has committed to Arizona. Last season she finished 7th AA at her state meet, 8th AA at regionals and 50thAA at JOs.
Michigan recently picked up two commits. Alyssa Al-Ashari competes for Gedderts. In 2015 she 1st on bars and all around at JOs. She then competed at the 2015 Secret Classic. In 2016 she competed in the elite session of the HNI and the KCUP (1st AA, v/ub/fx).

Sierra Brooks competes at Level 10 for Aspire. Last season she finished 1st on vault and 2nd AA at the Illinois state meet. She finished 3rd AA at regionals and 2nd AA at JOs.
Megan Benzie, L10 from Virginia Techniques, has committed to EMU. She finished 7th AA at her state meet last season and 14th AA at regionals.
Isabel Mabanta from Denton Gymnastics Academy has committed to Denver. She competed in the Jr. Elite session at the 2016 KPAC Cup, finishing 3rd on beam and 4th overall.
Amanda Bowers and Gabrielle Landess have committed to Davis. Bowers is a L10 from Technique Gymnastics. She placed 6th AA at her 2016 SoCal meet and competed one event at regionals. Landess is a L10 from Airborne. She placed 8th AA at her 2016 NorCal meet and 10th AA at regionals.
KaliSchierl of Russell Gymnastics has committed to Ohio State. Last season she competed at level 9 and finished her season with a 21st place finish at Eastern Nationals.
Brooke Chesney, L10 from CGA, has committed to Ohio State. She earned a spot at the 2015 JOs, finishing 12th AA. She did not compete a complete season in 2016.
Paige Bahner has comitted to Bowling Green. Last season she finished 18th AA at her state meet and 13th AA at regionals.
Kaitlynn Scott, L10 at Metroplex, has committed to Bama. She finished 8th AA at her 2016 state meet and she competed three events at regionals.
