Stanford posted a 414.521 to defend their National Team Championships and earn their second consecutive team title (2019). OU improved to 411.591 after a rough semi-final, to hold off Michigan's 410.358. NU (406.621) held off host Minnesota (406.291), with Illinois completing the field at 397.991.
Stanford was led by Brody Malone, who won the HB and the AA with a 85.064. OU's Gage Dyer won FX and VT with 15+ scores on each event. Gopher Shane Wiskus, who returned to his squad after initially signalling an intent to sit out, won R and PB. Illinois' Ian Skirkey won the PH.

Michigan posted a program record 198.25 to win its first ever NCAA Team title in women's gymnastics. Holding their lead from the first rotation, they broke into a rare club of teams that have ever won an NCAA title. That club now number seven. They edged out OU's 198.1625 after holding off the Sooners in the last round, with the Wolverines on BB and OU on FX. Utah was 3rd at 197.9875 and Florida fourth after problems on BB, 197.1375. From the start of the season, the Wolverines had started strong, setting the pace for 10 start value vaults and tough FX routines, which proved to be decisive advantage in the final.
Sierra Brooks led the Wolverines in the finals, posting a 39.775 AA. In fact, Michigan employed four AAers and finished 1-2-3 on the evening. Teammate Natalie Wojcik tied for the top mark on BB with Ute Maile O'Keefe. O'Keefe also shared the top mark on UB with OU's Jordan Draper and Anastasia Webb, along with Florida's Megan Skaggs. Utah's Jaedyn Rucker had the highest mark of the day, a 9.9875 on VT but the Utes gave up some precious tenths on the event. AA champion Webb also had the top mark on FX.

Host Minnesota posted a 404.623 to qualify for the final, and extend their program by one more meet. PSU was 4th at 402.356, Iowa 5th at 401.12 and Cal in 6th at 392.055. The Gophers were paced by Shane Wiskus, who posted a big 86.464 in the AA, including a 15.1 on FX.

Anastasia Webb of OU posted a 39.7875 to win the 2021 NCAA AA title. Tied for second were Luisa Blanco of Bama and Sierra Brooks of Michigan.
On Vault, Webb tied with LSU frosh Haleigh Bryant for first at 9.975.
On UB, Cal's Maya Bordas tied with Utah's Maile O'Keefe for the title. Bordas is Cal's first ever national champion.
On BB, Blanco was the champion.
On FX, Webb and O'Keefe tied with Bama's Lexi Graber for the title.

In a thirilling session, OU triumphed in Semi-Final 2 at the Women's NCAA Championships, posting the highest score of the day, a 198.0875. Utah posted a 197.6 to eek ahead of Bama's 197.575 and LSU's 197.5625. This perhaps was the closest NCAA finish of all time, in terms of eight teams finishing so close to each other.

Nebraska defeated OU to win Session 1 and advance to the NCAA (M) Final. They posted a 408.623 to secure their spot. OU qualified with a 406.19 after struggles on PH and the Illini posted a 400.721. The Ohio State was 4th at 394.956, followed by Navy (390.99) and W&M (371.256). Ohio State's Jesse Tyndall posted the top AA mark with a 81.665, and also led the FX and HB standings.

Michigan posted the top mark of 197.8625 to win Semi-Final 1 and advance to the "Four on the Floor" final on Saturday. Florida edged Cal, 197.4375 to 197.3625 to capture the second slot in the final. Minnesota was not far behind those two at 197.1875. Michigan was led by Sierra Brooks, who posted the top AA mark of 39.65. She also had the top mark on BB and tied for the top mark on FX, with Minnesota's Mya Hooten. Cal's Maya Bordas posted the day's top mark on UB while Gopher Ona Loper was the top vaulter.

Lauren Hsu and Katlyn Sawyer have signed with MSU. Their early commitments were previously announced.
Lauren Letzsch, Tigar gymnastics, has announced that she will join the Oregon State team next season. She was initially a very early commit to Utah.
Sarah Kuper, Premier Gymnastics, has committed to W&M. She was a 2019 regional qualifier. This season she has finished in the top four AA at four meets. She recently placed 11th AA at her state meet.
Sidney Fitzgerald, C and C Gymnastics, has committed to UGA. She was a 2019 regional qualifier. This season she won floor titles at the Atlanta Crown and the Sand Dollar Invitational. She recently placed 2nd AA at her state meet.
