Raisa Boris from Twin City Twisters has committed to EMU. Last season she won her state bar title. She placed 5th AA at regionals and 24th AA at JOs.
Aubri Schwartze from Triad has committed to SUU. She was the 2018 regional bars champ and she placed 3rd AA. She finished 36th AA at JOs.
San Jose State has hired Joanne Bowers as their new Head Coach. Bowers returns to coaching after 10 years at Washington. She relocated to the Bay Area, where her son Ross is the starting quarterback on Cal's football team. She is a former Michigan assistant, Kent State Assistant, Illinois State Head Coach and student-athlete at JMU.

Illinois has officially added Torie Stotz to its incoming class. Her early commitment was previously announced.
Anaya Smith from Docksiders has committed to ASU. She earned a near-sweep at her 2018 regional meet, placing 1st in the all around and on vault, bars and floor. She finished out her season at 26th AA at JOs.
Nora Houseman from Airborne has comitted to George Washington. She qualified to regionals last season and finished 3rd AA. She placed 27th AA at JOs.
Emma Wiley from Superior Gymnastics has committed to William and Mary. She qualified to regionals in 2017 and finished 9th AA.
Christie Tini from Infinity Elite has committed to CMU. Last season she placed 1st on bars and 2nd AA at her state meet and 1st AA at regionals. She placed 15th AA at JOs.
The GK US Classic is a qualifying competition heading into US Championships in August. Some gymnasts have already qualified to the US Championships via other competitions and some gymnasts may qualify with 2- or 3-event scores. Alexis Hankins competes for Premier Gymnastics. She qualified to regionals this past season, but competed only three events. She also qualified to regionals in 2017, finishing 10th AA.
OU has hired Chris Brooks as an assistant. He had spent last season as an assistant with the NU women. The Sooner Olympian was also a volunteer OU assistant in the past. He replace Steven Legrendre, who will take a position with the OK City Fire Department.

Nebraska has hired Mike Heredia as an assistant coach for the Women's program. Heredia is a former OU/NU athlete, a former assistant for the Iowa Men, and co-owner of Fuzion Gymnastics.

Riley Daniels from ACE Gymnastics has committed to Lindenwood. Last season she placed 1st on beam and the all around at regionals. She finished 43rd AA at JOs.
She has coached at club and college levels and served in various administrative positions.
