Champions were crowned at the B1G Gymnastics Event Finals.
OU claimed its seventh consecutive MPSF Championship with a score of 414.05. Stanford was 2nd at 404.15, Cal 3rd at 393.65 and Air Force 4th at 392.55. OU's Yul Moldauer won the AA, FX, PH, SR and PB. Teammate Tanner Justus won the VT while Yordan Aleksandrov of Cal won the HB.

Utah posted the highest team scores on vault, bars and floor. SUU tied with Utah for the highest team score on beam. Utah's Mikayla Skinner earned the top AA score, 39.650.

Caitlin Satler from United Gymnastics Academy has committed to EMU. She finished 1st on beam and floor at her 2017 state meet, but has not competed this season.
Carina Tolan from United Gymnastics Academy will join the Iowa team this fall. She qualified to JOs last season.
Alyssa Perez-Lugones will join the UGA team this fall. She trains at Georgia Gymnastics Academy. This season she has earned several 1st place event titles and a 1st place finish at the Pikes Peak Cup. She recently placed 2nd AA at her state meet.
Effective communication between prospective student-athletes and college coaches can be a critical component in the final analysis of the college athletic recruiting search for high school athletes. That being the case, prospects should ramp up their effort during the championship portion of the season to weld the coach-prospect relationship strongly.
Bailey McCabe from Auburn Gymnastics has committed to Arizona. Last season she qualified to JOs and finished in the top ten on vault and bars. This season she has notched event wins on every apparatus and she has three all around wins. She recently placed 2nd AA at the Washington state meet.
Carson Cronin of Elite Gymnastics Academy has committed to UMinn. She recently tied for 1st on floor and placed 4th AA at the Massachusetts state meet.
