Much of the Poll, as always, relies more on the Final Poll or National Finish last year versus other factors like graduation losses. There are a few changes, with a large drop by Nebraska (#6 finish last year versus #11 in the poll) and a rise from Michigan (a #13 finish last year to #9 in the Presesason Poll). Washington is #15 despite a #11 finish (and #8 RQS). Both NU and UW have outperformed their preseason rank the last two seasons.
