Stanford announced that Danielle McNair, Nicolette McNair and Haley Spector will join the Stanford squad for 2013-2014. Spector's commitment was covered previously.
The McNair twins are former elite gymnasts and current L10s who train at Gym Max. Nicolette is a former sr. international elite who placed 1st on UB, 4th on VT and 3rd AA at the 2013 Level 10 Junior Olympic Nationals.
Twin sister Danielle tied for 9th on VT and placed 22nd AA at the 2013 Level 10 JO Nationals. She was 7th on VT and 23rd AA in 2012, and 2nd on UB, 5th(t) on BB, 8th(t) on VT and 12th AA in 2011. She qualified to the junior international elite level but has competed as a L10 since then.

Shannon McNatt, L10 at Stars in Texas, has committed to Utah. She qualified as a jr. elite in 2012 and competed at at the American Classic, US Classic and Nationals. In 2013, she finished 7th AA at her state meet; 3rd AA (1st BB) at regionals, and 8th AA (3rd BB) at JOs.
Ellie Black, Natalie Vaculik and Megan Chant (all uncommitted) took the top three AA spots. The commits finished as follows:
Utah commit Kaitlyn Hofland leads the field of seniors after Day 1 of competition (1st UB). Stephanie Merkle, Ohio State, and Talia Chiarelli, Michigan, finished 4th and 5th respectively. Other senior commits competing include Emily Lennon, Illinois; Gabriella Douglas, MSU (1st FX); Briannah Tsang, unconfirmed PSU; Taylor Ricci, OSU; Shae Zamardi, LSU; and Madaline Gardiner, OSU (2 events).
Jonathan Tang, from Pennsylvannia, has accepted an Academy appointment and will compete at Navy. He finished 1st on HB at the 2013 JO Nationals, in the Level 10 Age 16 division.
Danielle Mulligan, L10 at New Image in New York, has accepted a scholarship offer from New Hampshire. This season Danielle finished 1st AA and in the top three on all events at her state meet. She placed 2nd AA and 1st on bars at regionals and qualified to JOs.
Alex Waller and Jessy MacArthur are set to walkon at UCLA next season. Their commitments were covered in a previous news posting.
Georgia adds another in-state athlete to it's next freshman class. Lauren Johnson, L10 from Gwinnett Gymnastics, will join the team this fall. Johnson qualified to JOs in 2012. This season she qualified to regionals and finished 9th AA.
Illinois has announced the signing of Emily Lennon, a senior high performance (elite) from Canada. In February, she placed 15th AA at the 2013 Elite Canada meet.

Maria Ortiz, L10 at Coast Elite Gymnastics in Floriday, has committed to Iowa. Maria qualified for her third trip to JO Nationals this year after finishing 6th AA at regionals and 2nd AA (1st V) at her state meet. She also won the Gasaparilla Classic this season (1st AA; 1st vault and floor).

Tim McNeill has resigned as coach of Cal's Mens squad. He will undergo back surgery, and after recuperation, will return to elite coaching. The former standout was instrumental in getting the Men's program restored as a varsity program, and had recruited 13 frosh for this past season. Cal finished 7th at the NCAAs, having been edged out for the finals by just 0.1
