Megan Walker has committed to Auburn for 2011-2012, according to a site submission. In the Junior C division at the 2009 L10 Nationals, she placed 14th AA, 3rd(t) on UB and 5th(t) on FX. She was also 35th AA at the 2008 L10 Nationals.

Rebecca Freedman has committed to Brown for 2010-2011, according to a site submission. At the 2009 Region VI L10 Regionals, she placed 8th AA in the Senior B session. She trains at Phoenix in New York.

George Washington University has signed Taylor Henderson and Kiera Kenney, according to the coaching staff.
Henderson, a L10 from Aim High in Rhode Island, placed 9th AA at the 2009 Region VI L10 Regionals, Sr. A. In 2008, she qualified to the L10 Nationals, where she place 31st AA in Jr. D. Link: YouTube.com Channel

Samantha Wagner, Phenom Gymnastics in Aurora, Ill., and Julia Wilkins, Universal Gymnasts Inc. in Hilliard, Ohio, recently signed NLI with Utah State for the 2010-2011 season. Rachel Vaske and Paige Jones have also reportedly committed to USU for the 2010-2011 year, but have not signed NLIs.
Cerise Witherby has committed to Oregon State, according to a site submission. Witherby, a L10 who trains at Wildfire, placed 5th on BB and 6th(t) AA at the 2009 L10 Nationals, Jr. D. She missed the 2008 post-season with a hamstring injury. She tied for 14th AA and 10th on UB at the 2007 L10 Nationals.
Northern Illinois, in a release, noted the signing of Kim Gotlund and Elizabeth Huffman. Gotlund's commit was covered in a prior news item.
Huffman is a L10 who trains at Gym Corner. At the 2009 Region V L10 Regionals, she placed 23rd AA in the Senior A division. As a L9 in 2008, she was also 23rd AA at the 2008 Region V L9 Regionals.
Shannon LeBlanc has committed to Denver, according to a site submission. She's a L10 who trains at Suncoast in Florida. At the 2009 Region VIII L10 Regionals,she placed 14th AA in the Junior C division. At the 2008 L10 Nationals, she tied for 28th AA.

Rachel Updike has given Missouri a verbal commitment for the 2011-2012 season, according to her family. Updike, from KGDC Twisters in Kansas, competed as an international elite as a junior then dropped back to Level 10 in 2007.
Alaska has signed four athletes for 2010-2011: Melissa Doucette, Gabriella Jannotta, Morgan Key and Emily Peterson. The commits of Jannotta, Key and Peterson were covered in prior news item.
Doucette is a L10 from Atlantic in New Hampshire. At the 2009 L10 Nationals, she tied for 23rd AA, in the Senior D division. As a Senior B in 2008, she placed 50th AA.
